Embora tenha entregado o vídeo como prometem, foi frustante ele não ser compartilhado na rede como a maioria de editores de video em que ele é visualizado no facebook mesmo e não em uma nova guia que abre. Daí mais uma frustração, a surpresa perde o impacto quando aparece logo abaixo vários templats mostrando como fazer. Desse modo, entendi que os senhores estão mais interessados em marketing do que na satisfação do cliente em causar um impacto em quem assiste. Sugestão: Libere permissão para visualizar no facebook mesmo, a maioria das pessoas não gostam de saír da pagina para outra. Outra sugestão: Reduza o marketing, mostrando logo abaixo como é feito, isso faz o cliente que pagou sentir menosprezado.

I was charged $19.99 when i was only to be charged $1.99. The site clearly made it clear that $1.99 would be on a monthly withdraw not all at one time. I had a unexpected bill to pay that was coming out of my account and the $19.99 you took out already made my payment bounce. So I just want to thanks you folks for putting me in a hell of a jamb now. Your website is mis-leading and needs to be more clear. Yes it says $1.99 a month not all 12 months at once

Click on advertised $1.99 app fee and was charge $18. Emailed for a refund and haven't received a response. In the reasons why requesting a refund this situation was an option for complaint- if its historically been an issue why have you not updated/fixed the problem?
Really easy to put faces in the videos, user-friendly software, but I would have liked more choices of videos starring me, some templates are quite similar, so it gets boring sometimes!
I am happy with the end product as far as these cards go. However, there isn't good navigation or option to add a text message to a card, after you've created the card! I looked everywhere-- if it's there, it needs to be more obvious. I didn't want to lose the photo set-up I had spent time on, so I sent the card without a personal message and had to follow up with a damn email!
Experience was very good. Easy to personalize and send. Choices are many and well varied. Most important to us was the response. All our recipients loved their cards!
Answer: Unfortunately, now you can only edit your heads immediately after you upload them, which makes it a waste of time to save them because each head you upload will only work correctly for the video you uploaded it for. I was told they removed the 'edit any time' function so people could use their app on androids which sounds pretty absurd to me. Oh well, this will be the last year I ever pay for it again if they don't correct this outrage.
Answer: We've removed the fine-tuned shaping feature for now to make our casting process easier for all; we also made adjustments so that users can easily cast their cards directly on mobile devices.
