I better NOT be charged for this ridiculous app again.

I recently did a Jib Iab with my new (6 month) woman friend and since we are going to a Halloween Party as Sonny and Cher, I chose I got you, Babe. We are still howlimg from it. All our Facebook friends loved it and we are ready to do the next one.

I have been a loyal JIBJAB customer but recently upgraded my membership. I couldn't be happier and sorry I didn't do it sooner. I recently sent several cards to my family which they shared with friends... and they are still laughing.

I thought it was only going to be a dollar something and ended up costing me $18. Now I'm afraid to use it, might charge even more. Very disappointed. Wished I had not got it.

When joining JibJab, I didn't expect to be charged $1.99 to download every video that I created.

I forgot to read the terms and conditions, didn't I?:-(:-(:-(:-(

I cursed myself even more... accepting an automatic subscription renewal every year.

I have always wanted to try a JibJab and finally made the commitment. I have uploaded 2 videos including family members and they have really enjoyed them.

Site has great videos that are so fun and easy to customize! I am now going to use JibJab for all my birthday cards! Love it!

Lots of fun and very entertaining. Only negative is that you charge more to save a video. As much as you charge to belong, it shouldn't cost more to keep and download what you create. That is called a "ripoff".

My granddaughter was the principal dancer and vocalist in the JibJab production that I created for her enjoyment and was she pleasantly surprised... Big fun for us both...

As a teacher, I use JJ to instill a bit of fun into the classroom. From time to time I begin lessons with a film (having had the students send me a photo). It works to create fun cohesion and a sense of community.

Despite the promise of free videos it seems pretty much impossible to do anything useful unless you sign up and pay the annual fee. The fee is set to auto-renew by default - you have to change it back manually. The price is way too high and you can't just buy a one-off video (although they kind of suggest that you can). The product is decent but this company is difficult to deal with.

Very user friendly and the videos are hilarious. I'm addicted!

I enjoy making videos at the JibJab site. After paying $18 for the year, I made a few videos. I was surprised that you charge to download these. What exactly is the annual fee for if I still have to pay for each download? Otherwise, a fun & easy site to use.

I asked to be refunded the same day i joined it is not free i paid $1.99 plus $18.00 for the year and the company said it was free. I still need my refund.

As a member I can't download without a cost involved I tried to send a clip to other family members and there's a cost involved at there end. I will not be renewing my subscription after this one runs out. $$$

I like the ability to personalize a birthday greeting and to make it funny. However, JibJab doesn't give you an option of sending a message.

Using the site was very easy for the user and fun for the receiver.

JibJab has been fun. I have enjoyed creating comical greetings and videos for my family and friends. Takes a little getting used to but worth it. Customer service is good.

I had to pay for the service and not one person could watch it. I am assuming unless they too are a paying member. Total B. S
I am not happy. A waste if tome and a waste of money!
