I have sent many cute and well received cards from JibJab over the years. The process has gotten simpler and when an issue arrived with my PayPal payment, they resolved it immediately and even gave me a voucher to use towards my membership. I will continue to be a loyal customer.

I've paid for membership and it won't allow me to make the music e cards no matter how many times I've tried. I joined specifically to send e cards to my girlfriend for her birthday yesterday since I'm traveling abroad and I was not able to after numerous attempts. The app kept saying I need to join even though I did
I wasn't able to confirm that my personal message on my card was saved. Once I exited that screen I couldn't find a way back. Also, while I definitely want to try JibJab for a year, it isn't immediately clear how to cancel the next year. That is a definite turn-off.

With all you friends have fun with these dancing cards! They LOVE to see how you we're thinking of them with Halloween dancing card s and other music videos for ALL occasions and put your face in there too. Chatting is fun but DANCING around is fun too. You'll LOVE this and it's worth the $18 a year. I play with it ALL the time for holidays.
I was mistakenly charged $18 for a Jib Jab experience that never happened. Within 30 seconds of emailing Jib Jab, I received a message letting me know the charge had been reversed. Very impressive and much appreciated! WOW!

Sending a personalised animated, colourful and fun video to family and friends on special occasions is awesomely amazing and makes everyone feel extra special and in turn makes me feel clever and creative hahaha.
Answer: Unfortunately, now you can only edit your heads immediately after you upload them, which makes it a waste of time to save them because each head you upload will only work correctly for the video you uploaded it for. I was told they removed the 'edit any time' function so people could use their app on androids which sounds pretty absurd to me. Oh well, this will be the last year I ever pay for it again if they don't correct this outrage.
Answer: We've removed the fine-tuned shaping feature for now to make our casting process easier for all; we also made adjustments so that users can easily cast their cards directly on mobile devices.
