Me and my son have so much fun with jibjab, we can't stop laughing!

I signed up thinking it was 1.50 a month and the 18 dollars a year was just telling me the total. But instead i was instantly charged the 18 for a full year. I was confused and called to find out why I got charged, Taylar explained it takes out 18 at one time and I'm good for a year. I asked if they could turn off auto renew and they did without any issues. Very fast, smooth, and professional interaction.

They stole my money, took $20 dollars from my account and the don't answer the customer phone. Very disappointed. Don't purchase membership.

I am jibjabber since years and not since some days. It was a mistake with my new creditcard, that paypal could'nt pay the rate. I have forgotten to change the last 3 numbers on the backsite. If you look in my accont you can see, that I use my membership all the time and give fun to friends and family. Thanks to give me this possibility!

Good customer service but think you should make it a little clearer when purchasing subscriptions. One click and I was signed up for the year when I only wanted one card!

I found it difficult to navigate and set up the videos. The fact that I have subscribed and cannot use the site (easily) is discouraging.

Refunded my account the total amount that was taken out for year renewal that I had forgot I even had. It was set to auto renew. I sent an email and had a response the next day and two days later the money was returned. Anyone wanting this company's services know that they are very helpful and honest and will make sure things are done correctly. Thank you jib jab :)

Easy to look at choices, easy to take one out and having it sent, thank you for your easy handling and perfect working programme! Will soon send more of these funny sometimes ironical or comic issues. Go on and create more of them, I personally prefer ads with a bit of so called black humor like "The Simpsons" e.g.! The app is difficult to manage. Not like the first material I downloaded. Don't like having to have either a selfie or other. Some of the material is vulgar, distasteful. Most options are only individual s. I prefer group displays which I don't know how to get on the app.

Helps communicate between the ages. (Between 11 and 80.)

There is no way I can move a picture from my photos to jib jab. I'll give it one more try and then I'll request a refund. No clear directions.

I had a slight issue accessing my account! Contacting the JibJab staff was super easy and they had no hesitation in resolving my problem and even gifting me some service! Super satisfied with the customer service. Love the app!

Used jib jab as an invitation for my Halloween party. Was super easy and everyone loved it. Lots of fun!

Fantastic - great fun - wont be going back to boring old paper cards

At the age of 95, my father can no longer see well enough to use Jib Jab to entertain the family. We are all saddened by this as we have appreciated his use of the program which enabled him to keep in contact with distant friends and family in a very humourous way.
Many thanks to Jib Jab for the development of the program which many in the family will continue to access.

Quick and courteous service Problem was fixed quickly and to my satisfaction. Technician was very polite and knowledgeable. The app is lots of fun and recommend if you're looking for a laugh!
