I signed myself up for a JibJab account - and now trying to find out what I had done when I found $18 charge on my creditbil every year untill this year.
Strange enough I didnt see it untill the last bill, i was extremely surprised and not in a good way.
I don; t like and did not realise I was signing up for a "live long" account`or membership?
It seemed like a very expensive birthday card ( yes only 1) that way!
So I ask you to stop immediately my account and credit me for at least the last charge.

I was excited to use this service to enjoy sending cards. However, The site did not work for me. I made and sent 3 cards. 2 never were received and the valentine card i had scheduled for valentines day came 4 days later. I was a bit disappointed for sure. In requesting a refund, I had no hassle and they were apologetic and complied.
JibJab holds honest to there company. I didn't realize I signed up for a yearly renewal. I asked for a refund through their site and they were quick to respond and give me a refund. I appreciate the care for customer satisfaction. I will definitely utilize there site again in the future.
Have been using this for years and had a lot of fun making cards and videos for all my family and friends. Granddaughter loves it too especially when it stars her!
Somehow, I inadvertently signed myself up for a JibJab account - finding out what I had done when I found and $18 charge on my credit card bill. While not much, as a retiree living on a fixed income, I have to be frugal with such expenditures. I emailed JibJab, explaining my situation, and asked them to cancel my account. I received a very kind response, advising JibJab had refunded my money, and closed the account I had erroneously signed up for. I was impressed.
I had joined over a year ago specifically to create a Xmas video and enjoyed it immensely. Never used it again (work too busy) and hadn't realized that my subscription would automatically renew/be re-charged annually so when I wrote the organization they responded promptly and positively so for that I am grateful.
I spent hours last night trying to create and send a card to a friend for his birthday. I still have no idea if it was ever sent because the website was constantly shifting, asking for subscriptions, etc. All I freaking wanted to do was create an animated card, see it to verify, send it, and pay for it. That was too complicated though and today, on his birthday, I had to *ASK* if the card was sent. And, btw, when I go to jibjab.com and am presented with a web page that just says "Be Funny" for several minutes, that's not cute, it's annoying as hell. I'll never use this service unless grown-ups get a clue.
I needed a refund and I was so pleased to be able to ask and with in just a couple of days my request was received and granted. Thank you so much JibJab
I don't remember how I learned about JIBJAB it's been a few years now but I can tell you how fun it is. If your like me and forget or are late in sending cards this is for you. I you want a unique e-card experience this is for you AND if you want a great deal on e-cards this is for you. $20 gives you a years worth of all the cards you can send to anyone with an email address. And best of all, make it personal by adding your face to many zany, funny and heart felt cards. And did I say it's super easy to use. Give it a try... this is my third or fourth year using this service. It's great

I love JibJab cards but hadn't been sending as many cards this last year. Therefore, I forgot to cancel my subscription and was charged again. But when I wrote to them and told them they immediately credited me and apologized and it wasn't even their fault! I know that I'll be subscribing again in the future. They're so much fun!

I love Jib Jab. But, I dont use it all that often and forgot about auto renewal. As soon as I saw the charge, I contacted them through thier customer service email link. I was skeptical, but within 24 hours, I had my refund. I wish they have a pay as you use option, maybe thru credits or something. Anyway, you can feel secure using this fun app.
Joined not realizing I was signing up for annual renewals. Had lots of fun with the application but then quit using it for a while. When I realized I was being billed, contacted JibJab and my money was refunded same day no questions asked other than was I satisfied with the experience and outcome. Does exactly what it says it does, easy and intuitive to use, well worth a try.
