I've enjoyed JibJab for an year, with its very nice animations. After one year, one automatic charge was done in my credit card. With a single e-mail, I requested the reimbursement and in less than 2 hours, my request was fulfilled and the money was back in my credit card. It shows that the company care about their customers. I truly recomend them. Best regards!

I contacted JibJab regarding what I thought was double billing, but turned out that I two different accounts. JibJab Support was able to identify my problem and after checking with me for confirmation they cancelled one of my accounts and made a full refund on that membership. They were extremely easy to work with and were most efficient.

I just want to shout out a big thank you to the Jib Jab crew - especially Nate, who helped me with my account, even when their servers / computers had incorrect info about my account- when other people would not have pursued it and just given up Nate (from JibJab) did not - and he stayed in contact with me throughout the entire process, even making sure everything was good on my end, So big ups to Nate from Jib Jab, and jib jab of course. Needed to tighten the financial belt and asked to unsubscribe from Jibjab, figuring I would have to jump thru hoops to do it. NO! Easy as pie - sent my request and was answered and acted on promptly. Thanks, Jibjab, I'll be back later cuz I love this site.
I love JibJab cards but was upset that some valentines i sent were delivered a week late. I contacted customer support by email and, within an hour, received a reply with gracious and generous compensation.
I used JibJab to send cute cards to relatives and friends. I did not use it for several months and realized that I had a yearly auto-renewing subscription. I notified them that this was not what I needed and they refunded my subscription $. Great service and I will use Jib Jab again when the need arises

Answer: Unfortunately, now you can only edit your heads immediately after you upload them, which makes it a waste of time to save them because each head you upload will only work correctly for the video you uploaded it for. I was told they removed the 'edit any time' function so people could use their app on androids which sounds pretty absurd to me. Oh well, this will be the last year I ever pay for it again if they don't correct this outrage.
Answer: We've removed the fine-tuned shaping feature for now to make our casting process easier for all; we also made adjustments so that users can easily cast their cards directly on mobile devices.
