My friends, family and I really enjoyed seeing ourselves dancing and singing in the JibJab bodies, i. E. putting our faces on the funny bodies provided by JibJab. It was fun to see the reactions of those I sent the on-line cards to.

Not only is Jibjab the easiest way for me to get a friend laughing in 60 seconds, or amaze my 6 year old buddy with a video full of his faces, it's just been so easy to open an account, send things and get support help when you need it. I'm into 'easy' these days and this is great amusement from the comfort of my couch!

Despite some complications with no person to person telephone access for a problem with my account, the email help line replied and resolved the problem within 24 hours... sooner than the 48 hour limit listed.

Used JIBJAB several times with positive experiences. When I decided to end the automatic pay plan they responded with courtesy and a happy demeanor while helping me. They were very prompt in their actions. I wish all businesses were like this.

I sent JibJab videos for a year to friends and family for holidays and events. They loved them! When I forgot I had signed up for auto renewal, customer service took care of it in under 24 hours! You cant beat that!

I chose not to renew my account, which I had actually forgotten I had, when i saw the deduction from my bank. After filling in the request form for refund I received confirmation of the refund within a few hours. Very impressed

I wanted to cancel my account, but ouldn't find it due to it being under my son's e-mail address. They were able to track it down for me, reverse the charges and cancel the subscription. All done in less than 24 hours!

Great site to deal with! I really enjoy the video cards, and they are fun and easy to make. The customer service is very helpful too.

This is a great way to keep your children busy and get a good laugh at the same time. My only complaint was the app would freeze at different times of the day and I couldnt send the videos.
