I go through getting the pics in there and I send to FB. I click on my fb and it's just me with blank page.

I found JibJab really easy to use. It was my first one and I'll be making more in the future. The cost was reasonable.

My son-in-law walked me through the web site and soon I was creating JibJab greetings so friends and family.

Unfortunately the majority of my recepients did not receive were not sent the Video message I created and sent through JibJab.
Although I did receive confirmation that the "Hamsters" were hard at work and received an email confirmation sent receipt, only the 1st person of the Group received the video message. All recepients were separated by a comma as instructed on website. Disappointed.

It's fun to make and very funny. Everyone loves it. I wish they could make the heads smaller so they would look more real.

Your site makes it easy to create a one of kind e card for friends and family- people love to see themselves in goofy poses so this site is a winner!

When using my phone for jib jab heads are not matching body's and hair, hats, ect. It looks horrible, compared to computer version. So I use computer, but for whatever reason, computer version is very limited in selection!

I had a problem with my membership. From the FAQ page I contacted customer services. The reply I reciieved, was prompt concise and extremely helpful. Problem solved. Thank you

I paid my $18 and when I went into JibJabs, hoping to make a couple of Halloween dances, nothing except 2013 came up. Where do I go to get the up to date one? Thank you.

After not knowing how to figure out a problem, within hours I was helped and on my way to making some funnies! Thank you to TAYLAR for a job well done!

My grandkids and I made several JibJab videos. They loved picking out the video and then placing their faces on the "characters". We had so much fun and they couldn't wait to show their parents what we had done.

We are all looking forward to next Sunday so they can make more!

This app is everything I could ask for and more. Highly recommended! If help is needed just email. They're extremely helpful and professional. Download and subscribe! You won't regret it :)

JibJab is a fun site to share holiday memories with friends, family, and coworkers. Their customer service is very responsive and helpful.

The folks at JibJab are great! How many times do we contact support and have to argue a case that we deserve a refund before we get the refund?
I joined JibJab a second time by mistake and they refunded me everything without asking questions. I like that kind of customer service.

I did not realize when I bought a one year subscription that I had signed up for auto-renewal - it automatically renewed but due to some financial things going on I didn't want to sign up for another year (though I LOVE JibJab and will continue to use their site) - I emailed customer service and they promptly provided me with a refund. If you ever need help they will be there for you! Thanks JibJab!
