This app is great! I love the music video options. I hope that more videos will be added.

I would like to see more options for sending to family members, such as older parents. I would like to see options to be able to send in a more sense of care geared towards funny characters being able to add your picture on some. Thanks.

Had a technical glitch when joining as member, but was quickly and professionally handled by the JibJab team in a manner that went beyond expectations. The app itself is a hoot and great fun, and a must have!

Unique ways to personalise birthday cards for all ages

I liked the ease of creating a video with JibJab. I wish there was a way to preview the video so I can go back and make changes to the heads before I commit to buying them. My 2 videos had black space in the middle of the mouth, which looks odd. I like the music videos and dances, but I wish there was more to choose from.

Mr. JibJab, I am a customer since many years ago and the program worked well, but now I can not send videos to my family by e-Mail. My family says we can not see them. Can you help me? Best Regard Paulina Roca

I had much trouble being able to upload my photos which are stored in Google photos

Really funny, my sister loved it! Birthday surprise. Only one issue, the first frame of the video showed a different face than the one I created. It appeared that way only on my mobile phone, not on emails from the computer. Really strange. It also didn't start with the normalJibjab circular intro.

Other than that, It was a big hit.

I really enjoy being a member of JibJab for at least past four years. They have very unique and easily customized e-cards that will make everyone smile. When I had a problem with my billing, I got help right away. I am very impressed by their customer support and will definitely recommend this company for everyone.

By far the fastest customer service I have ever received. EVER! Thank you so much. All other service sites can take lessons from these guys.

I was very upset when I called in because I had an unauthorized fee charged to my credit card from Jib Jab. Jeremiah patiently listened to my concerns and apologized for the inconvenience. It was quick and exact.

I had a payment issue. Taylar from customer support helped me with step by step instructions in a very expedient manner. Then proceeded to go above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with JibJab. As great as this company is; the customer service is even better!
