I did a search for free cards to email a birthday card to my sister. When the list of websites came up JibJab was included. Among them. After I had picked out the card and tried to send it, a note popped up that I needed to sign in. I proceeded to sign in and was informed I needed to purchase a time period of a month for $1.50 or year for $18.00. I chose a month for $1.50, however Jibjab took $18.00 out of my bank account. I tried to get in touch with them with no luck. I ended up having my bank retrieve the $18.00 from JibJab and replace in my account. Needless to say I will have nothing further to do with this company.

Be careful, JibJab has set up their payment screen to make it seem like you're only going to pay a couple bucks but you are actually paying for a year subscription, on a recurring basis. So you cancel your sub right away but it's not even clear if you have cancelled or not.
I'm sure there is some small print that says you are about to pay 20$ and not 1.60$, but it's easy to get confused. If this product is so great, why would have you to obscure the true cost? Why would you not make it obvious if you have cancelled your sub or not?
JibJab just tries to milk 40$ out of each customer because they know no one will ever need more than 1 or 2 of their "okay" video cards.
I bought a birthday card for my bro-in-law. A dancing hot dog with his face on it. The card didn't run long enough to enjoy it. Very short "video". Perhaps you could make them last longer?
After years of subscribing and now increase in price, a little disappointing not more and new videos starring you. Same old stuff still there and only a few new videos, but nothing impressive. Very disappointing, and after subscription will not be renewing again.
It was so much fun designing my custom cards with singing and dancing! Satisfyingly, LOL Joy! Friends and Family thoroughly enjoyed the 3 cards made thus far (in one night). Can't wait to create some more - just waiting for the next occasion. You can't beat the $18 annual price for the joy and memories you will receive for a long time to cherish.

My boys and I absolutely love jibjab. We would spend hours playing around with pictures and the animations. Truly a wonderful idea, and great fun to share with family and friends.
It was my wife's 50th birthday when I found your site by accident. Looking for the definition of a Jib. I checked out your site and made a Chip and Dales card for my Wife. She laughed and so did I and continued to make cards to 2:00am and had tears in our eyes laughing about what we had done. Thank You Very Much for this is not some card that will be thrown away but something that can be cherished for years to come. Well done. We have shown what we have done to family and friends and they love what they see. Hopes are they use your site as did we. Thanks again for the Laughter.
I love JibJab... had it for two years, before signing back... EVEN with the price UPCHARGE. Sorta not happy that it is the same stuff... with a few exceptions. I don't see where the PRICE INCREASE was needed.
I used a photo of my dog Spot for the Tequila card. My friends could not stop laughing; playing it over and over.
