The cards you can create with JibJab are so creative and funny and bring the recipient so much joy, and the occasional belly-laugh, why send ordinary e-cards anymore?

Overall rather good although a technology-challenged senior citizen was somewhat baffled

I like jib jab but I find it a little hard to line up the mouth line. I always get the black so I know I am not doing it right, but I will keep practicing

I had a hard time signing up on my phone and just wanted to purchase a single card. Now I have a yearly membership that I am stuck with.

Love the concept. For the most part, directions were easy to follow, although I could not figure out how to edit or delete my creations. I always had to start over if I did not like the results. I was disappointed that there was an additional charge for downloading, I will enjoy using this to send birthday and holiday greetings this year.

Its very easy to use their site.
My only issues are my message on the card I made for my brother didn't show up.

I love the app was disappointed that my mum and sister only received the video I sent them as a picture.

This is a fun program. I spend a lot of time making cards with my grandkids. They love it!

I enjoyed putting together a music video for my brother's birthday and he enjoyed receiving it.

I love how easy this is and was able to send just the kind of cards I wanted. Very happy with experience.

I received a curt note from the friend I sent this to - not happy with the "email" card.

Fun, but for the price there should be a lot more videos and cards to choose from. Plus, many options cannot be personalized. Then if you or a recipient want to keep a video it costs extra.

I do like some of your cards but I am not computer savvy so don't understand how to put faces in place so will be cancelling thanks

A random face is in my video right at the beginning. Kind of ruins it.

Great selection for every occasion. Great way to send abroad.

Really cool, lots of videos to pick from too. If they didn't force you to pay for a year and have auto-renew it would have been 5 stars.

I HAD A PROBLEM ON JIBJAB WITH IT NOT RECOGNIZING MY ID. THE SUPPORT AGENT WENT THROUGH HOOPS TO GET IT CORRECTED. THIS IS THE TYPE OF SERVICE ONE HOPES FOR.

I saw the 1.99 per month charge and figured ok, not a bad deal. Like anything, once they get your card your pants are dropped so to speak. Imagine my surprise when I got a charge for $18 this month. Must be some fine print I didn't read somewhere. WTF guys? Do I get charged every time I am on the site? Buyer Beware.

Very good. But once you send a Jib Jab it is hard to continue the "fun" You need to up date your various JibJabs monthly... example political satire, current events, etc.
