Refund help was great

Was able to get a refund of the annual JibJab service fee that I wasn't aware of. The process was very easy and straightforward. I appreciated the ease and fast pace the team got back to me and issued the refund. Would definitely return in the future for services if needed.

I paid twice for annual subscription through automatic renewal on Paypal and when I contacted jibjab for a refund for the double payment they arranged refund by return.

I dont use jibjab as I did in the past, and didnt realize I had a membership. When I saw the annual fee pop up on PayPal notifications, I emailed jibjab right away to ask them to cancel my
Membership. Not only did they respond within 5 minutes of my email, but they cancelled my
Membership and they fully refunded me. This is excellent customer service and Ill definitley be using jibjab again in the future.

Love the website. Incredibly creative and unique. People love the results! I only wish they would add an option to join up for a month here or there throughout the year--whenever the need arises--instead of forcing you to take the service for an entire year.

I had an issue and almost immediately after my request I heard back from Jib Jab. They said they would work on it.
Wow, not 10 minutes later and it was resolved by them. All I had to do was log back on. Thank you!
I was quickly trying to make a video for my husbands birthday so I appreciated your quick resolution.

I had a minor issue with a credit card charge and emailed customer service. They responded on the next business day. We exchanged emails to answer their questions and the issue was resolved the next day. They went above an beyond in customer service. Thank You Jib Jab.

I've used Jibjab for many years and loved the service. I had some issues with the site's design recently, but the help team were quick to resolve the matter and were friendly and polite. It always has been a really fun service and it has given many huge laughs and tears of laughter even. Will gladly keep supporting it whenever possible, although I feel the current design of the site is not the best.
Fantastic value for money too. And the choice of videos you can do always gets better and funnier, love the choice you get!
