I signed up thinking I would be billed $1.50/month but instead was billed $18 for the year and it was set to auto-renew each year.
I put a support ticket in requesting a refund and cancellation of auto-renew and they did it the next day!
Based on that, I may just sign up again!
At 92 my brain takes a year to catch up. So when I reviewed my 2017 expenses recently I discovered I had set up 3 JIBJAB accounts. Dumb!. But within 1 week JibJab had reconciled my errors and closed 2 accounts: and refunded the charges. Can't ask for better service than that.
I tried out Jib Jab for 30 days but then realized that I wasn't using it much and for various other reasons needed to cancel. Once I put in my cancellation notice they responded very quickly, within a few hours, and refunded my payment with no questions asked. Very pleased with this company!

I Signed in to JibJab as we always get JibJab cards
From our son for birthdays etc. They are so funny and I've saved most of them so thought I would give it a try. Well I wasnt successful as the recipient did not receive it. I was very disappointed as I love that app. Maybe I'll try again if they add a small tutorial stating the steps to follow.
Only used a few times and requested refund... fast & friendly... no hassles. Very appreciated to receive good service.

I created a fun card for my father for Fathers Day. When I realized I chose the wrong payment option, I reached out to the customer support team and they fixed the problem immediately!
The products JibJab provide are fun and very cool. But even more importantly their customer service is great too. I emailed a report of a problem I was having and got a response next day. They followed up and my issue was quickly and easily fixed. Many other companies would have ignored the email but JibJab was very responsive and polite.

Such a fun sight to use, and the ecards are sure to make recipients smile. They are easy to make, the membership for a year is very affordable, and the customer service for the site is efficient, friendly, and eager to solve customer issues above and beyond.
I have used JibJab cards for many holidays and birthdays over the years. They could be personalized with a note which I liked.
I didnt realize I had auto renewal! When I noticed the $ coming out of my account I contacted JibJab and asked for a refund! They responded positively within a few days!
Answer: Unfortunately, now you can only edit your heads immediately after you upload them, which makes it a waste of time to save them because each head you upload will only work correctly for the video you uploaded it for. I was told they removed the 'edit any time' function so people could use their app on androids which sounds pretty absurd to me. Oh well, this will be the last year I ever pay for it again if they don't correct this outrage.
Answer: We've removed the fine-tuned shaping feature for now to make our casting process easier for all; we also made adjustments so that users can easily cast their cards directly on mobile devices.
