The script is not as funny as before BUT the setting up is much easier than before. So it evens out.
My english is not so good, but i can try, when i paid the service the publicity said 1.5 USD per month but when you did the charge to my credit card, you charged the year complete, i thought you have only charged a month.

I have had numerous laughs with family and friends. Well worth the meager cost!
I made three different Jibjab Christmas videos and put them on Facebook. I loved that it was so easy to do and took very little time out of my day. Plus, it was lots of fun!
Tried to search for static egreeting "cards" rather than video but only videos came up for Holiday cards.
Quite satisfied, I will not give 5 stars because you have to pay another $2USD to download each video we make.:-(

Was able to set up 2 ecards; however, am not totally happy with the site and will not continue with my membership after the first month's payment.
Have to say the site is unique.
Nice and easy, no problems emailing it, The only thing I do not like is that there are not too many 'family' choices - lot a bit too vulgar.
I thought that paying the 18 dollars would enter the record and be able to send and only let me watch them, I do not like it and I wish they would give me back the money, I was greatly disappointed

I initially loved your site and all the fun things you could do... now I have two requests:
1) Please add more new content, specifically holiday videos. I am on the verge of searching out a new holiday card provider for next year as my friends, co-workers and clients would like to see new content as much as I would. FYI - I would be willing to pay more for this new (maybe premium?) content.
2) Please allow me to edit heads the way we used to be able to a few years back - specifically, let me adjust the cut out around a head to fit the different shaped heads we all have. I'm sure there are some out there that like the simpler way of adding the head but for some people, it leaves a lot of space around the jaw or cuts off their forhead in an unflattering way. Perhaps there could be an add'l option for those of us who would like a more refined head!

After you pay the $18 for a full year of this service, you will need to pay again to save the videos to your computer or device after you create them.
For $18.00 a year, it's the cheapest entertainment and fun that I have ever had.
