I have asked for a refund, have not seen it on my CC yet. I uploaded pictures and what you turned them into is not even remotely recognizable as my family. Love the idea, the execution was an F for me. Hope to see my refund soon and do re-contact me with better application for sure

Everyone loved the jibjab video I did. Very funny and easy to do!

It was a little work getting the pictures I wanted downloaded, but once that was done it was very easy. Everyone enjoyed seeing their face on at least one of the holiday episodes. My favorite was the sled race.

Access to photos are limited. We should be able to access all photos.

I don't feel the cost for this product is worth it.

Would have liked to have been able to edit pics once I saw all of them on card!

System is easy to use, a bit confusing on differences between mobile site and fixed internet access. The mobile site does not appear to be able to retrieve stored faces and function is less.

When signing up it said that I could try it out the first month for 1.50 but when I went back to look this company charged me $18 for the whole year.

I created two jibjabs and downloaded them seconds apart. One rendered almost instantly the other took half the day. I wanted them both for a presentation I was giving and was only able to use one. I understand that I should have downloaded earlier, but I find it hard to believe that they could take that long to render literally seconds apart from one another.

I have tried and tried but I cannot my family's images to go into the card and I cannot find where to cancel my subscription.

We have had so much fun this Holiday season with Jibjab. First at work and then with family and friends. You have brought so many smiles and laughter to all of us!

JibJab puts a smile on your heart. And you know it makes every one you send it to smile too.

Slow and cumbersome, not easy to use, pictures you can't use the photo library, not customer friendly,
When you payed the fee of using JibJab and try to download just the app, why asking additional fee for the app to use at iTunes? Ridiculous
Why just not put your number or password in?

It was fun, easy and have had so many laughs! Many good comments from friends and family!

If I want to renew each year I will, the immediate auto setup is wrong and a pain to have to cancel! And the service is expensive!

Although there is a cost now, it's well worth it as you can use it over and over again.

Easy to use, your pics don't need to be perfect for still-great results and there is an ability to adjust as per the app...

It's always a fun time when making a card to send. I luv the replies I get from family and friends.

The ease of uploading pics, framing them and inserting into the characters couldn't be easier! There is a great variety of videos (only thing I have tried so far) and they are clever and fun. I do wish there were some that accommodated 6 characters as I have five siblings and could not find a video that would include us all. Overall, a great site and not too pricey. Highly recommended.
