It's pretty hard to obtain a bill for a company, and it's certainly not friendly to impose a recurrent payment for Paypal users.
You probably need an idiots guide. Once I had downloaded photos I couldn't find a way of deleting them.
Sure there are some funny videos but its awkward to use and not that satisfied with the outcome.

Fun and easy to use! The reason for the 4 instead of a 5 star rating and this may be my fault, please correct me if I am wrong. It would be nice if during the preview before you add your own faces, that we would be able to see which character does what in the video. Maybe putting a number on the blank faces?
I had so much fun with the Jibjab website that I decided to purchase a membership. The next day I tried to access my account but it didn't recognize my password or even my email. I emailed support but I haven't heard from them in 2 days already. I don't think I'll keep my account.
We are enjoying your app but the videos need to be in a slightly slower motion to really enjoy them. Also being able to locate videos\ecards can be somewhat confusing when starting out!

I love the concept, but the information needs to be more readily accessible to users. Whatever the "free content" is is unclear, and so I made several different videos assuming I was choosing a free one. Secondly, I shouldn't have to buy a video to pass along if I'm already a paid subscriber. Third, I should be able to grab a link to a video and e-mail it in my own e-mail browser instead of having to input individual addresses in yours.
Even before Christmas with the movies and gifs allready had a lot of fun. Easy to play with on Ipad/Iphone as well!

Can you tell if any one has opened a card. I have heard nothing from any one, even my daughter said she hadn't.

Corporate card this year was so easy to do. It would be nice to have the option of adding personalized texts too.
