I was surprised of how fast and easy it was to cancel my account with jibjab I forgot I had the account that I don't use so it's no reason to pay for and jibjab understood that thanks

Me and my family used this site last year for posting videos on facebook. We had a blast and everyone that watched loved it.

I think JibJab is awesome with absolutely fun, hilarious cards. The card made my dad laugh on his birthday and what more can you ask for?

I enjoyed the Jib-Jab site when I was using it, felt I should cancel when I didn't need it. Customer service was very accommodating and helpful... no problem at all. When I need Jib-Jab content again I will certain re-enroll. Good fun.

Jib Jab is one of those rare companies which actually does what it says it will do to make sure that customers are happy and satisfied. Case in point, I opened an account and then closed it an hour later when I could not produce a card with more than 6 heads. The outstanding aspects of the process are that it was totally hassle free, took only a few minutes to do, and it was a pleasant experience.

Support staff is great. Computer system is horrible. Lost faces, transposing pictures for characters. Not worth the money, when you miss celebrations buy not being able to send what you paid for.

I have had a lot of fun using this program... just a few difficulties with aligning mouths on the faces and I wish the bold dark black line in the place of the mouth on the finished video was smaller or non-existent. And a little sad about the price increase :( I will however sign up again when I can.

Jibjab support team provided super service and FAST to solve a complex issue, I had tried to change my user email but misspelled my new one and couldn't access my account at all. They figured it out in time for me to send a card that same day! Much appreciated!

Every interaction with these guys was great. And I really can't say enough about the care I was given in dealing with their customer service dept excellent.

I hadn't been using Jibjab in a long time when I noticed the auto-renewal charge on my credit card. I contacted their customer service web page and there was standard script for refunds. Within hours I had a response that my full refund would appear on my credit card within a few days. Couldn't have been easier! Great company!

I had a billing issue with them, but the issue was resolved very quickly and very easy with there online form.

When I had an issue with my account, JibJab customer service immediately responded in rectified the situation.

Had an account for years with JibJab and have enjoyed sending such unique and special "cards" to family members: starring them! Miss the political satire though, as that is what first got my attention to this "stuff"!

I really enjoyed creating funny cards for my family and friends using JibJab. When needed, their customer service is EXCELLENT!
