My over all experience with JibJab is great however, there was a glitch with the one I posted on Facebook of the Rock-in-Roll Christmas Card. You could see the actual person (his face) performing in the video so my posted face of my friend was off center. It was still funny though.

So I didn't even think about the auto renewal, but when it came I just emailed JibJab, no questions or issues, it was simply refunded. I appreciate the way I was treated. If in the future I want to use them again, I will not hesitate to do so!

I loved JibJab ever since I found them. It's really fun to get involved with my family using their videos and really affordable as well! It's a very easy to use product and entertaining to watch. I love to see what new cards JibJab has to customize when I go on their site. I highly recommend and great to share with friends. It's also a much better way to send family cards out to people.
Worked with Heather from jib jab customer service on a charge from 2015 that was added to my account. Heather responded to my emails fast and polite. She gave me information so I could look up my account and give her info on removing the charge... amazed on the quick responses by jib jab...

I didn't realize a purchase I made last year was going to auto renew. The site was easy to navigate to request a refund. The response time was fast (within) 24 hours. Best of all I was able to do it all online and disn't have to call in. Great service.
I created several different videos last year which were enjoyed by the grandchildren. My health is failing and I just do not have the energy to create anymore.

Have enjoyed quite a few e-cards and video fun over the last few years. The yearly fee was nothing for all the joy Jib Jab gave me, my family and friends over these years. This year, I needed assistance for reasons I'll keep personal, however, the customer service for this company were outstanding. Sometimes it's the little things that make a huge difference. Answer: Unfortunately, now you can only edit your heads immediately after you upload them, which makes it a waste of time to save them because each head you upload will only work correctly for the video you uploaded it for. I was told they removed the 'edit any time' function so people could use their app on androids which sounds pretty absurd to me. Oh well, this will be the last year I ever pay for it again if they don't correct this outrage.
Answer: We've removed the fine-tuned shaping feature for now to make our casting process easier for all; we also made adjustments so that users can easily cast their cards directly on mobile devices.
