Only downside is because I didnt do auto renewal of my subscription, you deleted all my past cards which is wrong when i still paid subscription!
It was very difficult choosing a clip which suited everyone in the office and which would be suitable to our clients. The choice was much better a few years ago. Many of them are just to SILLY which suit the younger generation I suppose but not a work environment. A lot of companies like to send these out these days as it is a fun way to show who works behind the scenes in a company to the clients and suppliers. Need more company appropriate choices.

We particularly like having the ability to become a part of the greeting by "pasteing" in your facial image thereby personalising the greeting experience - it also gives the recipient a shock and a hoot at the same time. I still can not log in. I do not have a password and it wont let me get one. I tried with facebook and still doesnt let me.
It was funny and most people agreed. Although, one of my sons (in video) thought it was disturbing. I can't wait to make another.
I gave my name, email address, home address, all my credit card info and paid the $18 charge. Then comes the agreement that tells me JibJab will not keep my information nor anyone in my address book private. I demand a refund and assurance that your company has any of the above information to use without my explicit agreement. I will not be using your website under these circumstances.

JibJab is the greatest. I have had so much fun sending off JibJabs along with the many laughs in doing so. In return I have had so many laughs and awesome comments I can't tell you. I have laughed so hard sending them I had tears in my eyes. Keep the JibJabs coming as I keep sending them. I will always be a member and recommend everyone else to do so. I was charged for an automatic renewal. I was not aware it automatically renewd. I wrote to Jinnah and they refunded the yearly fee no hassle

JibJab videos are fun! Especially during Christmas! You get to upload pic's of family and friends to actually STAR in the videos! Pleasant experience!
My experience was actually from requesting a refund. I had forgotten that I had signed up for JibJab a year ago to make holiday cards for my office. My account auto-renewed my subscription that I no longer needed. After requesting a refund, JibJab kindly refunded me within two days! I have had other services make cancellations awful, but JibJab is very considerate of its customers. Whenever I need to make fun virtual cards again, I will definitely use their product!
Loved the tool but had stopped using it and thought I had unsubscribed. When I saw that I had been charged, I reached out to customer service and they refunded the money within 24hrs... wow!
The videos are funny and cute. Unfortunately, once made it appears they cannot be edited (i. E. move a photo to a different position/person) without starting over. That said, it's still a fun tool.
