The mouths don't match up very well. And only 2 people received the ecards we sent out. You pay $18.00 a year to make and send cards to friends & family, and they don't get them! What a rip off!

I tried jibjab and then cancelled within the 30 day guarantee and had no problems getting my refund. I bought the membership, tried it for a week and then cancelled and received my refund within 24 hours.

My family and friends loved the interaction of the characters with their faces for the Holidays and Christmas. Once I got the sequence of how to do it, it was very easy to make magic and laughter.

When I send these to my email address, they never show up?

I did a Christmas video, it was wven up on Facebook 24 hours why do it if no one sees it. I will be cancelling my order.

Saw the Jib Jab ad on TV, and remembered my sister-in-law had sent me a
Jib Jab a few years back, and I thought it was hilarious, That's why I purchaced my subscription this year.

I really enjoy jibjab. I've liked it since it first came out.

Absolutely hilarious when you add your pet pics to the dancers

I like the fast pace settings. I did the sled one for my 4 year old grandson.
It kept his attention, and he loved the part where the snow ball got bigger
And went over the sledders. Very Creative.

I needed to cancel a continuing subscription and even though I was a couple days late they took care of everything in a professional and courteous manner.

Within two days the money was back on my account, without any hesitation. I was very happy and relieved.

My friends and family thought these were hilarious. Something completely different from regular cards and email.

I logged into my account to grab and old video that I has previously purchased but I accidentally joined as a monthly subscription and they charged me but when I messaged them to let them know that I hadn't meant to join I had a refund within 24 hours. Very ethical company and trustworthy. I recommend to make your videos here.

I had an issue that I emailed in. The automated response said it would take a few business days to get back to me. I figured with the holidays coming up it might take a little longer. To my surprise and delight, I received a response and a solution to my problem within two short days! Amazing! Thank you so much!
