I made lots of personalized cards for my friends and family for the holidays. They all loved and thanked me from the bottom of theirs hearts...

Jibjab.com is a wonderful site that allows you to develop personal greetings for any reason or season. My friends and family have always enjoyed the craziness I send them from JibJab.com!

We used the jibjabs for our holiday party using videos that featured our executives and employees of the year. Everyone loved them and talked about them for days after the event.

I canceled the same day I signed up. There were no instructions. Please don't contact me again.

The movies/video technology now is higher & better, you need to improve your technique to get better video look more real

I think the videos are cute, but definitely not work the cost.

Website seems to be having some problems... difficulty uploading photos.

Personalized videos are limited. The process to add faces and mask it is very limited and the outcome is not so great. I. e. If you have a skinny face it won't adapt the shape and it won't look right.

People appreciate the humour and personalization of the cards!

Very fun to put together. Easy to get faces and edit to fit.

It does not recognize me as a paid membership. Irritated by this

I've been sending JibJab e-cards for about 6 years and have fun with it every time. Their cards are often hilarious, easy to make, and my family and friends always get lots of good laughs. They are constantly adding new cards and categories, so there is always something new.

DISAPPOINTED TO FIND SAME HOLIDAY VIDEOS FROM LAST TIME I USED JIBJAB MANY YEARS AGO. LOVE THE CONCEPT, NEEDS UPDATING WITH NEW HOLIDAY DESIGNS.
SUGGESTION/REQUEST: DESIGN INVITATIONS USING THE JIBJAB CONCEPT!

I didn't realize the yearly subscription was automatic and when I discovered the yearly fee taken out of my account, I requested a refund. It said it would be a three day turnaround, and it actually was one day! That was over the holiday weekend, so I am impressed! The emails that arrived with information regarding the refund were very informative. A very pleasant experience.

I have used JibJab for many years. It was easy to set up and fun to use. Unfortunately I stopped using it as facebook decided to close my account.

I am a manager at my company and did my whole department for the holidays. The laughter and reactions to their clips was awesome.

My grandchildren wanted to do JibJab why not was my response thinking was free shock horror you had pay which I did at the time and then thought when I'm going to use it got I touch with JibJab told them the situation and they cancelled my account and refund was done thank you so much very happy.

On JibJab you can always find a lot of fun and something to bring a smile to faces of your friends!
The quality of e-cards is extra-high!

Very difficult to download the video. Heaps of hidden charges.

It was an effort to locate my lost email to adjust my account, and the jibjab support team got to the bottom of it and resolved it quickly. Once the email was recovered, my request was immediately granted. Much appreciated!
