It's funny... but I would have never resubscribe. Not worth it. It's just dishonest to default to an automatic renewing subscription. They know we cant read pages of fine print. This money could have gone to my son's medical bills.

Great sight really enjoyed it only problem is they need to state the $2 is a weekly fee taken all at once as a yearly subscription and not a weekly one. Small print too small I couldnt see it even with my glasses on.

I have loved using jib jab it gave my friends so many laughs. Some hilarious cards I was sending out. Get into it and give it a try. If ur into sending e cards then this app is fantastic.

I wanted to download the videos (like you could time before) but I couldn't, I ask them for a refound and they were really gentle and efficient. Really happy with the support team.

I did not want a recurring subscription. I noticed a charge on my credit card. I asked for that to stop & not only was it stopped but I was given a refund as well.

The resolved my issue extremely fast and were very nice. I emailed them at 4:50pm on a Friday and everything was done so quickly

Any issues I've had have been dealt with immediately by the staff. They kept me updated at all times. I recommend Jib Jab to everyone.

JibJab is definitely a fun site to make creative cards. When the time had come that I needed to cancel my subscription they were very responsive in assisting me with this process. Thank you JibJab till we meet again!

I have never heard of or used JibJab yet they have emailed me saying that my payment method was declined! Maybe they are expecting me to open the link that they attached.

I have had this for quite a few years and had fun with it. Decided to cancel as I just wasn't using it now. The process was very easy and refund came through promptly. My daughter has an account, so I can still enjoy it.

The support and quick response from them if you have a question is very difficult to find in today's crazy world. They are very fast to respond to your questions. I've used JibJab for a number of years and I always get the same response from my targeted audience. They love it!
