I love JibJab. And suddenly, I could not add new heads. By using zoom, 3 or 4 of the developers and I worked from my screen to try and figure out what was the issue. In the meantime, Heather took my photos and added them to my account so I could still send a card while they ponder all the techie stuff they know. Now that's service!

Great and timely support

Fast acting problem solving!

I was having a problem with disappearing Heads! I wrote in and JibJab jumped right in and fixed my problem. I was so happy and relieved to see all of my heads come back to Mama! Thank you for your quick response!

I was unable to "share" my videos so I asked for a refund and-wow- refund no problem! The videos were a blast to create but I just had trouble "sharing" so instead of worrying about it I just asked to opt out of membership and they were very gracious about it! THIS is a fair business, which is pretty respectable these days!

Best Ever

I have been a member for a long time. Love the cards. Love how you can interact with cards by adding faces to them. Would like to see newer cards that you do not add a face too also. Very pleased with Jib Jab.

Used to be good

I used to use JibJab a lot but since their redesign a year and a bit ago I don't find it nearly as user friendly. Most of the cards they push are of long winded songs that I don't feel are suitable for most of the people I know and feels like they just churned them out. I find it takes a long time to load on a PC and sometimes almost unusable due to speed and crashes. I did message them about it but doesn't seem like they care, maybe I'm the last person that doesn't use their app or something. Won't be renewing though, which is a shame since they used to have some really good ideas and I used to enjoy making e-cards.

I joined JibJab but didn't read the terms completely. My error completely.
I admitted my mistake and was willing to pay, but I was refunded immediately. Amazing. Brilliant. Many other companies could learn from JibJab!

Fun and helpful

We had enjoyed using JibJab for several years. Then we saw a charge for it and realized we hadn't used it within the last year. We tried to resolve the issue online, but had difficulty. We contacted JibJab and requested help to receive a credit for the charge and asked to be unsubscribed. Danielle got to work to figure out the issue and resolved everything quickly and politely.

Belly laugh!

Some of these cards are the reason to belly laugh every day by merely inserting a friends face into one of the spots and watch their little feet do a dance or two. Get the boys to cancan and you have a winner!

JibJab rocks -- love their humorous products. I've sent many a JibJab card to loved ones over the years. They also are very accommodating. I had been charged for a yearly subscription that I no longer wanted (not because they were not great, but because I'm paring down subscriptions in general) and they responded immediately to my request and refunded me right away, no questions asked. Great company.
