I have talked about your portal to other professionals seeking products from China...

I put in a request to JibJab's helpdesk, and received a response which satisfied my need very quickly! It was one of the smoothest, no-nonsense, no-questions-asked customer service experiences I've had in a long time.

I have belonged to this site for quite a few years! Always up-to-date songs and so many different ones to choose from! The customer service is also amazing!

I emailed with an issue and it was resolved very quickly so to me, this was great service.
The team responded within 24 hrs, no fuss just understanding.

It was easy to create an amusing video card for a birthday. And more than that, customer service was easy to contact, quick to respond, and resolved my payment issue within minutes of me contacting them.

I had forgotten about my subscription to JibJab. Although it is a real fun program, I have not much use of it at the moment. So after the annual automatic payment was made recently, I asked, whether a belated cancellation would still be possible. They refunded the money immediately without any discussion. I am very positively impressed!

Problem resolution was very fast and thorough keep up the good work. I will recommend subscribing to JiJa to my friends and relatives.

I had JibJab for quite some time however decided to cancel due to my not using it to often.
When i emailed the company they took care of my cancellation immediately and refunded the amount for my last month with them.
To bad other companies don't follow suit.
Thank you immensely JibJab.

I am a member of this site on and off, because sometimes am too busy to open it, but i can say that this app is amazing and fun to make cards for my family and friends, i had an issue with them just recently and it was attended to swiftly, customer service is at its best... will surely subscribe to JibJab again and also recommends to family and friends, keep it up Jibjab...

I have used JibJab since it's inception and all my friends and family love to receive their online cards (especially the ones with music). I love how they are continually updating cards and popular music selections to stay fresh. Customer service has been swift to reply when I had a (personal) problem to fix, and very kind personnel. Everyone should try this site.
