In dealing with customer support, the team at JibJab is phenomenal. They handled my issues with a quickness, and were extremely respectful during the entire pocess!

When you can ask for something as a customer and it is given in less than 24 hours with understanding, care, speed with the answer you were hoping for, THIS is customer service. It seems to be a dying art and skill! JibJab has produced and i will continue to use it's fun services!

I wouldn't suggest having an auto-renewed subscription plan with them but other than that I love what they do. It's fun.

Somehow I managed to not cancel my subscription last year and I was charged the yearly subscription price again. I emailed customer service and they refunded me the full price the same day. Very happy with their service.

Great experience, Customer respect. Cares about customers concerns, resolved my issues within a few hours, I am very grateful.

Send something different instead of a card to families and friends which includes a photo of them to great a few laughs and great response

I spent some time creating what I thought was a free holiday card. It was only AFTER I had invested about 20 minutes into this that I was informed that I could not see the entire card animation or share it out!

I feel like I was lied to.

Had an issue and it was taken care of quickly and professionally which is much appreciated! In this day and age of rude customer service individuals JibJab rises above the rest!

We use the app for holiday greetings (Environmentally friendly) and for personal jabs at friends. Our favorite is the Tree song, where it's all lovely Dover until the ending. Oh macabre! Enjoy

I've used the cards a lot for Birthdays and Holidays. Especially in the beginning of the site, since nobody heard of JibJab.

It was very entertaining and funny, but I was charged for it w/o knowing about the cost. Someone used my cc to purchase the subscription. I was promptly refunded my money when I cancelled the subscription. Their Customer Service representative responded promptly to resolve my issue. I may subscribe in the future... DGV

I had gotten this when the family was together for fun! Thought I had cancelled my service, I didn't. They corrected the billing and cancelled my service. This for Great Customer Service!

I enjoyed using this and it was easy to use. When i found i couldn't enjoy it as much as i liked customer service was quick and courteous with canceling my membership.

I have subscribed to JibJab for several years. It's a unique site that allows you to use your own creativity to send greetings to your friends and family...

It is now time for me to discontinue this service... I was amazed at how simple the support team made this for me! I can't thank you enough. I thought it would be difficult to figure out and complete, but it was awesomely easy! Ended my day very well!
