I am extremely happy for the fast resolution to my problem. I have never received a response from a company so fast.

I recently had a service issue that required communication with this company and I am happy to say I am 100 % happy with the quick, professional service I received. I highly recommend this company. The staff are amazing!

This is great entertainment! A lot of options to choose from. And the service response was quick enough for me.

I only cancelled my account because I primarily needed it for business associates, and, while I appreciated the site's humor, it doesn't really translate well to that arena. Oh their customer service is terrific!

It was fun to use and the customer service was great (and quick!) when I needed to cancel my subscription.

Usually I dont write reviews based on customer service but wow are they helpful! I had a worker help me today, she was on top of everything and fixed my issues within a few minutes and was as friendly as can be! Thank you for helping Erin!

I have been a subscriber to JibJab for a year and I have truly enjoyed it. Sharing with my friends is something I always enjoy and I've gotten a lot of great reactions to my JibJab posts.
I recently retired and I'm now on a fixed income but I hope to subscribe again asap!

I've used this many times for birthdays, holidays, just for fun and always loved it. Definitely recommend it.

I had an issue that JibJab corrected in minutes... MINUTES! Not days or weeks but MINUTES!
Where else have you gotten such quick results? NOWHERE!

The service is quite useful. Try for yourself. I think everyone can find something useful. I cannot complain about anything.

This app is very easy to use and they have a good selection of cards to pick from. Everyone was laughing hysterically from the e greeting.

They were super helpful and really kind. The customer service was amazing and I am very happy! I asked for a refund and to cancel my subscription and they had no hesitations and just went and did it for me.
