So far so good, but if you are going to make me sign up for a year and charge me in advance, I would like to see some new material in the birthday song section.

Love it fun and creative! I would recommend it to everyone! Great for all occasions. I love the holiday apps and birthday ones too! My family and friends really love jib jab.

Videos are funny but the site is in much need of new content. It's been years since new videos were added.

I love the easiest way to create my e-cards and videos.
I just want to know where in my app can I find my videos

Great, but would like to see some more JibJab's appropriate for kids. Need some more or newer one's appropriate to send to children and grandchildren

Enjoy the site, just had trouble getting logged in... Had to change password several times... I think maybe the problem was setting password on my computer, but logging in with my phone... Hopefully it is better today..

Easy to use site with a great product range. Annual membership is well priced and gives you even greater choices. Superb!

Can't really say, as I've only just joined jibjab, and the ''card'' I'm sending is not due ''out'' until Monday 13th.

It took a few minutes to learn the sizing but I did it and it was well received, my granddaughter loved it, Katie Perry is her favorite.

Very quick turnaround time on getting refunded a double charge. Easy process and pleasant. I liked the two email confirmation of the charge being refunded and the ease of being able to contact them with any issues. Thanks!

I used jib jab for 4 years to send Ebirthday cards to friends & family, mostly my grandchildren. They loved them at first, but there was little variety for the 3-7 year old group. Also did not like when i posted on FB the card was framed by their ads. I know they need to make money & it probably doesn't bother others, but it did me. I guess i just got bored. However, their customer service is excellent & the idea is real cute.

Had a problem needed a refund very efficient service money credited same day couldn't ask for better service

Love your cards, but you could use more variety. Otherwise, everything is great. But I don't like being told I HAVE to use 100 characters.

Love the product. Slightly disappointed that my annual membership ($12) was cancelled and had to re-enroll at $18.

I love using JibJab for any occasion. A huge amount of fun to play with and create. I know every time someone receives a greeting they smile and/or laugh and thst means a lot to me.

What a terrific concept. An acquaintance brought your site to my attention. So easy to use, unique and FUN! I created a card to recognize a team member's recent promotion. I played the card at an all staff meeting. It was a huge hit, set a fun- positive tone for the week with everyone.

I signed up and made a card, only to find out I can't download it without paying extra. Not happy. Also the videos are shorter than they used to be,

It took a few times to get it right but couldn't stop laughing at outcome. People I sent these to enjoyed them also.
