JibJab has garnered a positive reputation for its creative and entertaining video offerings, which customers appreciate for their ability to personalize messages for various occasions. The company's customer service stands out, with many reviews highlighting prompt and professional responses, particularly regarding subscription cancellations and refunds. However, some customers expressed frustration over technical issues and lack of communication regarding sent cards, indicating room for improvement in service consistency. Overall, while JibJab excels in customer support and product quality, addressing the occasional service hiccup could enhance the overall customer experience.

My request was handled quickly and efficiently, much to my surprise. I hadn't expected service so soon and a refund to my request. It was a pleasure dealing with Nate.
Should be more clear what singing up for was mor like an app was under impression was just little clip for your Facebook with a small fee. How wrong was I!
Had a little trouble with being prompted for a current password when I had only just joined and hadn't added yet, but overcame this by selecting 'forgotten password' and setting a new one.
I submitted my request to the jib jab support team and they took imeadiate action that satisfied me.
I sent a birthday card to a friend -- it was easy to do and the results were hysterical -- made for a fun birthday card!
I was charged twice by accident on two different accounts. After sending a quick email asking if that could be fixed they had it taken care of and refunded me the money.
I love using JibJab as it's easy to adapt faces in photos for the videos and the result is amusing! The recipients are always delighted with the cards/videos that I send and there are cards for every occasion.
Good experience, missed out on how to put words on it, would be great for a banner scroll along the bottom with your greetings
I was a member before. I signed up again because this site is addicting. People love the cards I make for them. However, there aren't enough choices for birthday card videos for kids. Example: the superhero card was good. It was basic and the little kids liked it. I love the site and do recommend it to my friends.
As a free-member, I kept being sent emails promoting new video clips I could customise and use, yet every time I tried to use them, I'd get so far with it (after spending a LONG time selecting, uploading and setting-up each, separate face), but then find I could progress no further without paying-up for a 'full' membership, at which point I would abandon the whole project in disgust.
This, last time, forgetting the trials of my previous attempts, I had another go, believing (I'm sure it said somewhere) that I could complete this particular project as a 'free' member as long as I paid for the individual video to be completed and downloaded at the end.
After almost an hour of repeated attempts to finish the video that always ended in excruciatingly frustrating failure, I finally 'bit the bullet' and paid you for a 'full' membership, after which, as if by magic, the video was easily completed in the way it should have been before.
What did I then find? I found that, in order to download the video for my own, personal use, I had to STILL pay a one-off, extra fee in order to do that!
I feel as though I have been well and truly conned by you! Not only have I had to shell-out and pay for a year's full membership (automatically renewed at that - so I've got to be on the ball to cancel myself if I don't want to pay again next year!), but I'll still have to pay again for every new video clip I customise with you in the future, if I want to download and have full control over how I distribute it.
I do not like the way you operate. As far as I see it, you deliberately mislead people into paying twice, and it leaves a bad impression on your clients' attitude towards you. You should either charge for full membership and then allow free downloads during the operational year, or else allow people to finish customising their videos in a free account, then have them pay to download each one individually - not BOTH, like you are doing!
BAD Show, JibJab!
I have been with you guys for year. I have been very happy but when you simplified the face cropping it lost something. Then you recycle several of your older products with hats or other accouterments and add very few new cards or videos. You need to step up your game. Doug Harris... still a loyal costumer
A lot of fun options but the birthday for women are limited and not that good. They need to had more options. I've been a member for a few years and it's the same old stuff... Very few new addition.
I love JibJab. I do, however, have some suggestions:
1. Bring in new content every couple of months. I've been sending my friends and family JibJabs for several years now and I'm running out of ones they haven't seen.
2. Allow groupings of friends and family in the "face library" so one group of folks (that know each other) are already in a sub-category
3. Make it easier to edit the faces once they're established. I did mine long ago and I didn't do a very good job on the mouths. I'd like to edit those faces without going back to a starting point.
Still, it's a fine service, well worth the money, and a lot of fun.
Family and friends enjoyed these cards so much last time I was subscribed that I resubscribed after a hiatus.
The sign up/billing confusion between free and paid accounts seems to be somewhat common, but the customer service in handling my inquiries was excellent. The prompt attention and resolution is very much appreciated.
I love it but I have yet to get the mouth right andvit looks funny. It never goes where it is supposed to.
I work with a great bunch of people and have loads of fun while working, so when the chance to make a little video of Irish dancers, but using four guys for the "skirts" and a girl for the "guy's" role, I did it using FB photos. My friends were ROFLTAO and it was so easy to do. I can expect other videos to follow
I subscribed for one year thinking I would try it and just renewed. The Grand kids come over and setup video after video, laughing and laughing.
We like to make small videos with our faces for us and our family for celebrations, friends and invitations!
Answer: Unfortunately, now you can only edit your heads immediately after you upload them, which makes it a waste of time to save them because each head you upload will only work correctly for the video you uploaded it for. I was told they removed the 'edit any time' function so people could use their app on androids which sounds pretty absurd to me. Oh well, this will be the last year I ever pay for it again if they don't correct this outrage.
Answer: We've removed the fine-tuned shaping feature for now to make our casting process easier for all; we also made adjustments so that users can easily cast their cards directly on mobile devices. This is part of our desire to make sure that anyone can learn to use and send our cards! Please feel free to reach out to [email protected] with any additional feedback and we'll pass it along.
Answer: No more than 30 min. Had to find and edit my pictures that I used.
