Posted a music video to Facebook for hubby's birthday. Easy to set up and over two dozen likes and comments in the first hours.

Love jibjab and recognize the demographic it's designed for but would love to see more family friendly and kid friendly options, as I think it would make jibjab more appealing to more people. Users.

I love jibjab's products but failed to use them for over 8 months. When I saw a charge on my credit card because of automatic renewal, Icontacted them via email and they refunded my payment quickly. Very excellent service. I think I'll sign up again!

I Never could get it to work... I could put my pictures in, but the mouth never came out right and in the end I could never see the video when I wanted to watch it once it was completed. I was a little bit frustrated with it and that I had to pay monthly for this app.

I cant figure out the mouth. No matter what I try with videos it always comes out a big black slash. So I just close it all together.

I had an issue and it was taken care of promptly without a problem. The customer service was excellent with a very quick response.

Absolutely hilarious, loved the result very fitting. I cant wait for my next victim...

It was fun! Didn't get much response tho... so not sure if people liked it or not always have fun with your stuff tho... although i didn't recall paying $18!

I found it difficult to get the moving mouth right, wherever I put the template it didn't end up right, so I ended up choosing something that didn't have singing, I guess I'll get the hang of it!

The act of downloading the video does little to nothing to cost JibJab money and yet they want to charge $1.99 for each download. That is backwards. By downloading it that means the video can be deleted off their servers. I would say it makes much more sense to charge a monthly fee to keep all of a user's videos on the server indefinitely. I failed to show my sister's birthday wish to my boys in time and now it's just gone.

Fun to do for and with grandkids. Would like to see more dances, songs from 60s70s. Like having five faces. Love the elves. Thank you.

We pay to make one so you would think you or your email recipient should not have to pay to save their Jib Jab. That is why I stopped Jib Jab before and now that I remember that lousy feature I will stop Jib Jab for good again.

Couldnt find the faces stored so they could be used. Now I need 100 characters to finish this submission.

Loved JibJab when I first discovered it with the year in review videos and I enjoy making that style of videos with my family and friends faces!

A well put togther app to have fun with friends and family.
Worked out how to line up the mouth for great effect on video.

I had alot of fun creating my video! Lots of selections to choose from and they are all a riot! I could not find a way to change the faces after I got started. I decided to use another face on one character but could not change it. But it was still good!

Disappointing i cannot access Facebook Photos-Makes This App Almost Irrelevant To Me, Because I Currently Have A problem With My Laptop Software(Windows Explorer) Whereby I Cannot Load A Picture Without It Telling Me "Not Responding". Need To Upgrade Before I Can Get Any Satisfaction From This App
