I had jibjab a few years ago and let my membership lapse. I hate to waste paper and postage sending out birthday and holiday cards and everyone always enjoyed these cards. So, I finally decided to reinstate my membership and love the new cards available!

The birthday video I made for my Grandson was sent to his email address, a copy was sent to his mother's email address and one to my husband. The first two didn't play at all. I had to forward my husband's one my email as this was the only way they could see it.

Good fun way to send a card. Sent one to my son's friend who wasn't feeling very well. He said it made him laugh. Thank you.

Can only upload Facebook photos, not ones from gallery. Used excellent broadband connection so it isn't that problem. Also used Samsung S6 edge - so it isn't old phone. Editing tool doesn't calorie mouth properly. Such a good idea, pity it didn't work in practice.

You charged my paypal account and we couldn't even get it to work so not very happy about rhe service

No able to post on face book. Tried everything when I email it and try to open, it tells me I need to update flash. Can't update

I made my first Jibjab video I got you babe with my friend and his new cat. When he saw it he wept with happiness he had a buddy to share his life with. It was so awesome! Jibjab rules!

Not only fun and easy to create, but all the recipients of my JibJab messages got such a kick out of seeing themselves in action!
Laughs are guaranteed!

Because it did not sing "Happy Birthday".
This was an important birthday for my sister.

The issues I have, are the videos are so quick, like your just concerned with quantity, instead of quality. I wish that your videos were a bit longer.
Also, I'm very disappointed, that you don't allow much room for a message. You have very limited space for a message, and a very short character count. When I need to write a longer message, I use one of two other ecard sites, that I belong to.

I needed to upgrade my account due to a credit card change and Taylar was MORE than helpful and accommodated me through the process. Now I am automatically set up for many more years of using JibJab. Thanks, Phil

My family likes making JibJab videos and pics. I was asked by my daughter to please renew for another year! That request was an easy one to grant. If on all the other requests were so easy life would be smooth sailing.

I created an Birthday card for my frineds in another state. I let Jib Jab sent it to their address. They got it but when opening it it was blank. I had no problem seeing it.

I sent it to another person who had no problem seeing it.

The first recipient took several tries to see the e-card.

We laugh a lot with the videos I made for my husband´s birthday party!
I suggest everybody try and then see what a nice time you can have creating those videos.

Exrtaordinary response of the public thtat watches thevídeos, Excelent idea! It's so funny.
Maybe you can improove the motion of the mouth, maybe using another color. Maybe a little Pink. Couse the black "hole" is funny but a little robotic. :)

The photo entering process is not good. Every time I want to change the angle, size etcof photo I have to go back into my photos and search for the same photo. There should be a way to edit the photo on jibjab

Worked and worked and worked to be able to get the one chip jab of Sonny and Cher accomplished. Period happy with the service and tried to cancel within two hours of obtaining service. Don't know how to follow up on this and want this service canceled mediately if not already!

It was easy to do and a lot of fun. The only thing I might change is if you could place the faces where you wanted them in the video. I ended up with the same picture on 2 different bodies in the same frame..

Everyone really gets a laugh out of the cards I send through JibJab. Whether it's for a birthday, holiday, or other occasion, the personal photo touches ensures hilarity. Great fun product, not to mention wonderful customer service when I needed it!
