Sent the jib jab to my Granddaughter and the first face was an unknown male face looking a bit scary.

Jibjab ad exactly what i was looking for so much so i wanted to do more but or the additional videos i was hoping to find were not there.

Sending a birthday video to a team mate is a lot more interesting than just saying Happy Birthday. The recipient enjoys it a lot more an great to post on Facebook also.

My experience has been that the site only seems to work well on IE, Otherwise the fonts are very small.

The Jibjab experience was so much fun, I had a problem with the sequence but got great support from the Team...

I have been a member of Jibjab for several years. I love it. What I miss is being able to bring in the arrows in around the head to fine tune it more like they used to do.

Great, user-friendly software! I recommend it. BTW, coming up with 100 characters can be a challenge.

I've been a looooong time client of yours. In my opinion, it seemed like there used to be more full length musical choices. I don't care about the ecards, personally. I prefer the dancing musicals, and it seems my recipients get a much bigger kick out of them. Please make more of those! Thanks.

I regularly send out JibJab cards and people alway have such a big laugh. They love the personal touch and that the animation is so funny and so good. Thank you for sharing this wonderful site.

It indicated 1.50$ per month but I had to pay 18$. Not the same. I wanted to sign up for a month not a year.

Theresa's 60th Birthday. Fun time with family in Nipomo. Everyone laughed and got a huge kick out of the video.

I was charged for 1 year membership instead of 1 week. Website sign-up was not easily navigated without errors occurring that caused this charge. BE CAREFULL!

I was charged on a renewal of my membership. Jib Jab immediately honored my request for a refund. They were wonderful.

I love this app and so does my family. It's fun to laugh with each other. It's funny as hell! I recommend it to everyone.

Having used JibJab two years ago, when I paid for a annual automatically renewed subscription, I was upset to find, making another card for my granddaughters 14th birthday, a process that took 3 hours and several attempts to complete; at the end of which I had to pay $18 dollars for another automatically renewed annual payment. I confirm that I wish NOT to make any further payments and I shall forewarn others to avoid JibJab

The ability to match up the faces is not as good as it used to be, though it's now much quicker. Turnouts especially are really off and it didn't have the same accuracy as when the website first launched. And of course it's very expensive. We're living in a world where most apps are free and this ones charging $18 dollars!
