Had a bit of a problem getting my subscription accepted but it seems to be working now after I contacted Tech support.

Within 24 hours of joining I sent 3 cards to friends. They're all delighted. Each one needed a pick-me-up and these cards did the trick.

JibJab greetings are really fun and easy to use and there are lots of options to choose from.

Unbelievable, awesome experience! I teach second grade and use this program as an incentive for my students. They love watching themselves. This program is so easy to use. It just takes a minute or two to create a new dance for my kids. I love it! Thank you so much

Used jibjab and it was great. Didn't realize it was a recurring subscription and charge until I saw the charge on my credit card. I emailed jibjab and explained the situation and they reversed the charges. Great service!

When I signed up for JibJab via my PayPal account, I did *not* realize that my actions were establishing an automatically renewed account for $18.00 per year with no end date.

I feel that an annual subscription of $18.00 is fair. However, I believe that you need to better inform new subscribers that use PayPal that this amount will be set up for an auto pay type transaction with no end date.

We really liked the ease of use for this app. We used it to send several videos as something different for our parents 48th Wedding Anniversary! They laughed so much! Thank you so much!

Could have more choices of videos to play around with. But very funny. My girlfriend and I have alot of fun putting our faces and friend faces on there.

Our friends sent us really neat jibjab cards so I thought they were fun. I found the selection or cards somewhat limited and boring, Also sometimes the faces I put into the cards were replaced by stock photos... they certainly weren't the ones I had picked. In addition I could not find a way to go back and edit the cards nor cancel one out that I no longer wished to send, The site could be a lot eaier to use.

I used JibJab for all kinds of fun communications. Thoroughly enjoyable. Got the office team involved too.

I like the cards that are offered. However, I wish there was more of a selection within each category.

Not quite as user friendly as it could it should be, took me several (frustrating) tried before I was actually able to complete my first video. The finished product, however: Real people pleaser.

Nor what I'm looking for. I don't want singing I want different dances when I find something I like it keeps going back to main page can't get the mouths lined up correctly and no explanation on how to do this

The card arrive in my wife's email inbox in time however it did not load. So I had to download this on my computer later that evening. £20 for this. Utter Rubbish. I will be telling others to avoid your products. N. B. Both my wife and my Java setting were up to date.

I have been thinking about making JibJab cards for years, and I finally decided to set up an account to create a card for Valentine's Day. I sent it to my husband, and then to other relatives, and posted it on Facebook. My hubby and I can't stop laughing every time we watch it, and our family and friends loved it, too. I have already created 2 more cards, which I will be sending soon. Love it, so much fun!
