A charge was resolved so well that I can't praise JibJab enough. Can't recall a better business experience... prompt, cordial, and a total credit to their business. Not that they need it but the best to their future... which I'm sure will be well if they continue to provide such positive experiences.

I tried 4 times to reset my passed. And was rejected each time. Finally just gave up. I don't kno why it was rejected... should have explained? I finally got a card made... they are wonderful cards. I kept starting over because I didn't see an edit option. Once I get my password figured out, I'll explore making cards again.

It was so much fun putting our faces into the photos, and it was easy enough for someone such as myself to accomplish it without too much difficulty (as I am computer illiterate).

Except for my sister, nobody gave me a "thumbs-up" on my facebook page. I did a cute "the one that I want" with me and my late husband for valentine's day

The love JibJab but the one thing I wish was possible is the transfer of my faces from the iphone app to the website. I don't really keep photos on my laptop so getting them from my phone to my laptop is a pretty tedious process but I really want to make videos with the ones on the website that aren't available on the app. Speaking of that, please make all videos on the website available on the app. That would be fantastic!

JibJab is renowned for it video card "featuring you". Although deing around for a few years now these videos are mostly old, not very funny or very few in number. I subscribed hoping that my money will be spent well in updating and creating new, funny "featuring you" videos.

I wanted to send a postcard... and I finished with a one year subscription. It does not deserve the price I paid. And now I am obliged to write something long enough even I do not need it! What a pity! I really don't like this kind of website.

Could be great but very deceiving felt like I was scammed tried to do one month signed me up for a year not good business

I couldn't find that many jibjab for multiple ( 2 people) casts. It was fun but didn't find that I used it as much as I would've liked

This is a fun site, easy to use and will please you family and friends. The only reason I didn't give it a 5 Star rating is it's limited selection. I think the initial fun will wear off once a few of these cards have been sent, but that doesn't take away from the first few.

Its been so much fun for my husband and I that we spent a whole evening laughing so hard that our stomachs hurt, we couldnt wait to send cards out to our families, they loved it too!

They promptly responded and issue a refund. I'm very pleased and satisfied. You guys are awesome. Keeo it up the good work!

I just wanted to send one JibJab and would have been happy to pay for that. However, the only option that I received was a one-year membership. That is ridiculous. I did this to make a friend smile, but not sure I will ever do it again (particularly if I find that I don't use this more than once). Please add other pricing options.

Discovered what I perceived to be an error. Emailed JibJab and much to my astonishment, received a swift and professional reply. Also, the error was taken care of at the same time. A rare occurrence in this age of electronics.

Easy to make and send. Great for sending someone overseas or out of town

It was good for most part. Suggest to offer more current music or dance videos. Also when we carve out headshot, it will be good to show a little bit of neck of each person.

In addition, suggest to allow users to combine 2 videos into one or edit or insert wordings.

Offer lower member fees.

I like the convenience of JibJab and the great customer service team who responded to my email question very promptly. Thank you, JibJab!

Difficult to figure out the website for specific occasions card design. Could not add Happy Birthday tag to video.

Tried to play video a number of times and. It wouldn't play all the way through without interruption..
