I signed up for a free 3 month trial, was initially billed £1... I expected to billed in full if I wanted to subscribe... I didnt get chance to do this as I was billed for the year the day after! Currently disputing via paypal!
The monthly sub was appealing but I found I had to pay 12 months and it is automatic renewal. Intend to cancel.

It was very easy to set up and send out to my relatives who are the only ones who would appreciate the video.
Easy to use, with lots of selections for the comic routines. I hope they continue to add more. Our friends and family have all remarked in how they enjoy the light/heartedness.
The mouth was not properly set up. I placed the outline in position, however in the video the mouth box was out of position and my mouth was below.
So simple to use, such a good idea. Perfect as I had forgotten to send a 'real' anniversary card. Wish there were more videos, particularly with two heads!
I Just wanted to build a video and ship it to a friend. There is no way to buy a single video. I had to create a membership, do my thing and then find a way to disable auto renew. Horrible experience. Also I wanted to download the MP4, I had to take my credit card out a second time, I payed and never found out how to download the MP4. So i paid and never got it. I don't think i will ever use this again.
Funny and very entertaining! Much better than the original JibJab. And so easy to use, my 11 yr old has no problems using it!

This box demands at least 100 characters. Which is ridiculous. Who is responsible to determine what is an adequate description. We loved the eCard but I now extremely dislike their lack of customer friendliness in this review process. But now that I'm above 100 characters, they don't even allow me to expand this box so that I can see my whole message. They clearly need someone to help them with customer relations. That's too bad.
I Love making Jibjabs for all my Special celebrations... Good Clean Fun and Funny... heck, I love them so much I make them for no particular occasion at all...

I had been familiar with jibjab cards, but had never done any myself. There is a wide variety to choose from and very easy to personalize. I am very glad I joined.
It was a lot of fun making and downloading my musical JibJab. Will do another soon. E-mailed it to my wife who then sent it to some of her friends.
I first starting using JIbJab jund at over a year ago, but I've always taken the time not just to send a card, but one that matches who I'm sending it to. I also come from a family with a wicked sense of humor, impressed with the technology put into the programming this company uses. It takes a little more effort getting the heads right, but my two nephews went wild over the sled race card I sent the family and included all the family members in the race. Mt younger brother said they watched it for two days straight after receiving it. IF it makes my nephews happy, it makes me happy.
I truly miss your political and other "JibJab's"I truly miss your old JibJab that were fun to watch! Was hoping to see what your creativity would come up with during the new election year and after the election. I think it would be a dream come for your creative department. I know that everything boils down to money. I have found too many ways to use your format. I wish you could do both but I have no idea how hard it is to make original content. I think if you made the news more often it would draw more paying customers to your site.
