The app is not intuitive. I would like to edit on the fly instead of having to back up and view and then back up again to edit faces that don't fit. It would be nice to be able to edit as you go and view it before it post.
Additionally, why charge for the app if I still have to pay for downloads?

The finished product is wonderful. However the the cost to make and share is very misleading. The fact that you can't share it anywhere outside the app ( without cost) is a big bummer.

$18 is expensive and for that price you should not be asking for MORE money to download the video I made. I wish there was a less pricey option. But the cards are funny and creative.

Had loaded up all the face pics and when relized I needed to log in lost them all. So did a quick ecard after spending 20 mins on the other.

I moved away from my home town, so JibJab is nice because I can instantly send a card even if I forget until the day of. It is also different and more memorable than a normal card.

The new version of movement of mouth/lipps of "my heads" shows bad looking black holes only. In the past it was possible to design it nicely and personally

The cards are great. You made a sick little boy laugh out loud and want to see the card over and over again.

Family had a good laugh - great times viewing card! We watched it streamed to the TV for better viewing!

I had trouble signing in to Jibjab and didn't remember my password. I went to their support page for help and clicked on send them an email. I quickly received an email assigning me a new password and was told how to change it once I logged back in. I love JibJab and so do all of my friends who are recipients of my JibJab cards!

You used to be able to preview a video before you completed it, to make sure you liked how all the faces were working. It would be nice to have that feature back!

I have used jibjab for many years and I love it. I have so much fun with your videos. I first heard about it on the tv when one of the channels interviewed the creators. I found the site right away and once i saw how great it was i became a paying member.

Jib Jab has one of the most fun products on the web. The cards are a blast, and your friends and family will share them with others. If you subscribe to it, you get real value. If you need to make changes to your subscription, it is super easy. They earn every twinkle in the 5 stars I gave them!
