Nothing came out from what have been promised. Unfortunately, I granted free year use of JibJab ( Until the end of December 2020), but when I am making a video, the window pops up and tells me to get registered with payment. So, it is not happening
This site will make you laugh. A lot of fun and easy to use. I would like to see a monthly subscription rate instead of yearly.
I work for a company where I use some of these hilarious videos as a way to welcome new employees, celebrate their birthday, anniversary etc. It's also been a great way to send holiday messages to other departments who then in turn call asking how they can do something like this within their department.
I am amazed how a simple video becomes a memorable experience for an employee (and team) that results in building a culture that can be fun. I work in healthcare which can be tough and emotionally challenging. I was surprised at how something as easy as this video can positively impact employees. I see companies taking advantage of products like SurveyMonkey for internal use, so maybe those who are responsible for moral, culture and employee engagement should consider trying JibJab. It's been a big hit for me.

Customer support was fast, friendly, & responsive. They resolved our issue with our subscription quickly.
I realise it's a marketing trick to say it's USD2/month but if you charge as an annual fee then it's yearly so why not say so? At USD24/year subscription it's about AUD50/year... just for an e Christmas card? Way too expensive. Honestly, if you charge peeps just for the month, I think you'd make way more $$$. I've already found something similar elsewhere for free.
Other than a problem with ecard options loading very slowly I thought it was a lot of fun. I would definitely refer jibjab to someone with more time and patients.
I was pretty sure I had canceled my subscription so when I received an automatic update charge I contacted them about it. They got back to me within the day refunded me the charge and cancelled my auto renewal which I had obviously not canceled so in actual fact it was my mistake but they were very kind and professional. This kind of customer service is rare these days, and was a very pleasant surprise that I will remember when I need another card subscription or anyone asks me about JibJab they will get a excellent rating for me Thank you JibJab
In the past, I have used JibJab's one free use at Christmas time. I clicked on that option, but somehow found myself in the midst of a charge for using it - I stopped immediately and shut down. My charge card was billed. So, before disputing it with AMEX, I went to JibJab. I explained my story... they got back to me very quickly with the answer that they were crediting my bill the full amount. I really appreciated the quick handling and total fairness with which they handled my request They were kind and caring... Truly a good company and great customer service! Thanks! Suzanne

Bij mij was twee keer geld voor mijn account afgeschreven. Na mijn eerste reactie richting Jibjab werd de volgende dag al gereageerd met het verzoek nog enkele gegevens te sturen. Dat heb ik meteen gedaan en de volgende werkdag (Amerika) kreeg ik bericht dat alles geregeld was.
When we bought a new computer, all cookies were of course lost and I could not get into my JibJab account. I contacted them by email and had a response within two business days, as promised. I was back in business pronto. Thank you, Alessandra and all at JibJab! (One thing I wish you would bring back is the quick "jibjab" that was spoken at the beginning of all cards that I made. It hasn't been around for awhile. I thought it was cute.)
I was looking at jibjab with my 3 year old and she pressed a button which signed me up and money came out via PayPal.
I emailed jibjab explain what had happened and within 24 hour a lovely man named Geoff had responded and issued me with a refund. Thank you for being understanding :)

I really enjoyed using this application. The only reason that I am getting off is that I'm no longer on Facebook. If I ever return to Facebook, I shall also return to this very, fun application... Jib Jab. They also was very prompt in returning me a refund since I was not on it thirty days.
He had signed up as a member in 2018 with automatic renewal and had not seen. After being debited in 2019, I requested a refund and was answered quickly and without any problems. Congratulations to the JibJab Team
Had to cancel membership due to suddenly becoming disabled. They were very gracious and refunded my money without any problems. Thanks again for doing it in a very timely manner.
I love Jib Jab! So cool & fun! I had an issue and had to call customer service. Omg! They got back to me sane day and resolved the issue! I will use you again!
Answer: Unfortunately, now you can only edit your heads immediately after you upload them, which makes it a waste of time to save them because each head you upload will only work correctly for the video you uploaded it for. I was told they removed the 'edit any time' function so people could use their app on androids which sounds pretty absurd to me. Oh well, this will be the last year I ever pay for it again if they don't correct this outrage.
Answer: We've removed the fine-tuned shaping feature for now to make our casting process easier for all; we also made adjustments so that users can easily cast their cards directly on mobile devices.
