4 stars bc of membership disclosure not being clear, I thought I was purchasing the 2$ video only ( wish they had that option!) Despite email mix up issue, wasn't a big hassle, not a lot of money involved. My concern was recurring charges on CC. Would love to be able to purchase JJ videos to create as I please instead of membership. Mahalo!
This is the third time that I have gotten a years subscription. It has been over a year since my last one. The price has doubled since I first discovered jibjab and it now has a lot less content. Most of my favorites are gone. Double the price for less content. Pretty sure I won't be renewing a fourth time.
When I have used JibJab, it was hard to choose from the many options available. Great app and good service! A quick and fun way to acknowledge and celebrate family and friends!

I mistakenly automatically renewed my Jib Jab subscription yesterday. After contacting the Support Team, the renewal was cancelled and my subscription returned. The speed at which Jib Jab responded was phenomenal! The Team were polite and understanding, worthy of praise.
I wish I could use jibjab often, it made me laugh so much.

I love it was a member for a year. But this year im do busy. I have to put it on hold. I recommend to anyone cuz my little one enjoys it. I have been using JibJab for several years, very good and funny videos at a low price. I meant to cancel my automatic renewal as l no longer have anybody left to sent them to, but l forgot. I contacted JibJab and received an email back from a lovely lady named Heather, without hesitation or a cross examination she refunded the money back into my account. An excellent company to deal with, and a big thank you to Heather.
Love the ease of using Jabber... and super fast too. Only thing that takes me a while is - finding photos to use and crop... and picking a video to use... but uploading photos and 'follow the yellow brick road' instructions are great!
I sent them out far and wide... quick refund i needed too.

I have a paid service with JibJab which renews automatically. I used it around Christmas and it appears the website did not recognize my account but did recognize that I had a PayPal account. When I started building an e-card, I may have inadvertently clicked on a PayPay Instant transfer button. I already have a membership to JibJab which renews automatically in June 2020. Therefore I should not have been charged for using it on Dec 26 2019.The charge shows up on my bank statement as PAYPAL INST XFER ACH WEB-SINGLE JIBJAB.COM
Heather issued me a refund and cancelled the automatic renewal. I thank her for resolving this promptly.
I love JibJab and used it to send my grands a type of advent calendar card. They loved the cards. However, I stopped after Christmas and did not realize there was a recurring charge each year. Thank you for the quick response. Cancelling was easy... and I do feel that I'll probably reuse it later. The cards are so funny and festive. Everyone loves them.
I was dealt with promptly and politely when requesting a refund and cancellation of my account. I was unaware this account was still active. This has now been resolved.
I enjoyed using JibJab, but have no use for it at this time. I won't hesitate to reuse it in the future should I require it.

I saw a charge on my PayPal account that I didn't recognize. I logged in on the JibJab website and said that I hadn't used the account in several years and was unaware of the automatic renewal and asked fr a refund. Within minutes after acknowledging my request, I received the refund email and it showed on my PayPal account today. This response is exemplary of what excellent customer service should be.
I was impressed about how jib jab team promptly helped me with my request. I love their funny cards.
JibJab is a great company and they have a great product. Their customer service is excellent and very responsive.
Answer: Unfortunately, now you can only edit your heads immediately after you upload them, which makes it a waste of time to save them because each head you upload will only work correctly for the video you uploaded it for. I was told they removed the 'edit any time' function so people could use their app on androids which sounds pretty absurd to me. Oh well, this will be the last year I ever pay for it again if they don't correct this outrage.
Answer: We've removed the fine-tuned shaping feature for now to make our casting process easier for all; we also made adjustments so that users can easily cast their cards directly on mobile devices. This is part of our desire to make sure that anyone can learn to use and send our cards! Please feel free to reach out to [email protected] with any additional feedback and we'll pass it along.
