I loved jib jab. The cards are funny and its just great to stick loved ones faces in the cards. I enjoy all of their cards and hopefully I can start a membership again in the later future. Their customer service is also very quick in responding and thought that was great!

Great Customer Service.

I received a notice from my bank that a charge had been placed on my Visa Card, the charge was for a years subscription to use JibJab ecards, I had not used that service in years and requested a refund. Within minutes i was contacted via email requesting additional info and I replied to that request and within a few hours, not days, I received a reply from Customer Service that the issue was resolved and a refund was forth coming. Before I had a chance to reply to that message I received an Alert message from my bank saying that the funds had been returned to my account. You can't beat that for service from the JibJab Team.

Rapid Refund

I signed up on JibJab, so I could use their format to make a couple of funny cards. The site is very easy to use and I was very satisfied with the results. However, since I don't intend to use this site on a regular basis, and did not want to pay a fee for the entire year, I decided to cancel my subscription last night and this morning, I was promptly notified that I would be getting a refund. How is that for a rapid response to a customer's concern?

I have absolutely LOVED sending people JibJab cards. They always bring so much joy to people and I think are absolutely worth the $2/month. Sadly, I am not able to afford it anymore due to cutbacks. I had forgotten about the auto renewal and it was a Sunday when I realized that I had been charged for another year. I didn't think I would get a response until the following business day. However, almost immediately I received an email telling me the issue had been corrected. I am so grateful and do hope to be able to sign up again in the future because I really do think these hilarious cards are WORTH EVERY PENNY!

I had forgotten about the auto renewal and requested a refund because I lost my job recently. Within half hour of requesting my refund it was showing back in my paypal acc as refunded. I love jibjab, so much fun and I shall definitely return once I am back on my feet. Highly recommended!

I didn't realize I had signed up for annual membership and after the money was taken from my account I contacted them and answered a few questions and then was told my refund would be in my paypal account within 10 business days. No questions, no hassle. Very good service.

Wonderful company

I have had job jab for a long time. My grandkids wanted to make veidos everytime they came over and we had so much fun! I hate that I cant do it anymore as I now only have a phone and dont know to make them off it. Thank you for always helping when I needed it
