I enjoyed Jib Jab but no longer use it. I was signed up for auto pay and when I noticed I had my automatic payment taken out it reminded me I was paying for their service. I got online and cancelled my subscription and was immediately refunded my money. The process was easy and prompt. This company is obviously high in integrity. I would definitely recommend this company is you are considering giving Jib Jab a try.

I contacted them immediately. Their help desk staff were excellent in offering support, gathering information and investigating. Updated communication was very good and thankfully it was resolved with a positive outcome.

I contacted JibJab immediately when it appeared I had been double billed at my anniversary auto billing for my 12th year.
I sent an email as was recommended in the website. I explained my concern.
The next day, I received a reply from Taylar from JibJab with an explanation that it was in fact PayPal that had changed its previous posting method that made it appear that I had been billed twice.
That was excellent response time when the automatically generated response email from JibJab promised a response within 48 hours.
Attentive, thorough and swift to respond!

I'm writing this review due to very positive experience(s) I've had using the JibJab site as well as outstanding customer service. I've used jibjab for a few years and was very happy with it. I was on auto pay but I needed to unsubscribe due to a financial issue and I didn't see the auto pay until it showed paid pending in my pay pal account. I wrote to JibJab and explained my circumstance and they immediately replied with a full refund. Just a great experience overall. I look forward to subscribing to them again once my issue clears. Just wanted to extend kudos to the JibJab team.

I contacted JibJab regarding my desire to cancel the service for financial reasons. Both Joe and Heather were fabulous! They were courteous, helpful and prompt with their response. I received emails from them within half a day and the situation was resolved graciously. Thank you, Jib Jab! (Alos, the one card that I sent was fabulous and the recipient LOVED it!)

I saw the renewal charge on my card and thought " oh no, I'm stuck for another year!" But when I logged on their site I easily found where I could request cancellation with a full refund! I soon received a sweet email that confirmed my request. Thank you for making dealing with your company so easy and friendly. It encourages me to do business with you again in the future.
Answer: Unfortunately, now you can only edit your heads immediately after you upload them, which makes it a waste of time to save them because each head you upload will only work correctly for the video you uploaded it for. I was told they removed the 'edit any time' function so people could use their app on androids which sounds pretty absurd to me. Oh well, this will be the last year I ever pay for it again if they don't correct this outrage.
Answer: We've removed the fine-tuned shaping feature for now to make our casting process easier for all; we also made adjustments so that users can easily cast their cards directly on mobile devices.
