I signed up to send a card to my Grandchildren. Was billed for the year. I knew I might never use it again so cancelled. I expected to pay for 1 month since I used it, but they gave me a full refund. Would say they are a great company to deal with.

Made me and my family laugh. Great way to pass time and share some laughs. I had fun with it. Very cool.

This was ordered by my grandson who is 10 I thought the cost was 2 dollars and agreed to it turns out I wasn't paying attention and suddenly £19 has gone from my account but I email the customer service and they have returned my money and cancelled my order excellent service,

I've used Jib Jab for years... it's always a fun way to entertain friends and family... and they are always creating new content for customers to use. I had a payment problem pop up and their customer service handled it great... prompt and professional service.

Their unscrupulous untimely unwarranted unsolicited extension of a contract year in year out without any correspondence They keep charging you in charging you without any input from you terrible business practices very shameful

With the virus and lockdowns, I have bored grandchildren who signed up for JibJab. There were LOTS of laughs. However, I didn't read the ad and we misunderstood the price. I wrote to them this morning and without any questions or hassle, they instantly refunded my account! AWESOME service. When we're all back to work, I think we'll get a subscription! Thank you, JibJab!

As other people have commented they lure you in on the pretence that it is free, let you choose a card, select a picture, make your card, and then - before you can even see the result of your hard work - pop up a window demanding payment! Sorry, I don't care how good the product might have been, these are disgraceful tactics and should not be allowed. If you want paying for your services ASK UPFRONT.

In these trying times, websites like this make life worth fighting for. This is the best thing since Google!

Very funny and entertaining my niece's and friends loved the JibJabs I made of them. I was very entertained especially during these quarantining times. So entertainment at home his crucial.

They canceled my subscription as soon as I sent the request. They were very professional and continued to email me to be sure I was happy with how they handled it.

The response to my request was almost immediate. They were quick to resolve the issue and also very polite.

Due to an oversite on my part an automatic annual payment was made one I wasn't going to renew. I requested repayment and received an acknowledgement within minutes saying would look into it. Within a couple of hours received email confirming full refund had been paid into my account. Absolutely unbelievable customer service bearing in mind my mistake and could well have refused a repayment. "Congratulations" and thank you.

JibJab is such a fun site- made more so by the fact that when I needed to reach out to customer service I was met with an immediate and kind rep! I received both an excellent and rapid response which makes them a fabulous company in my eyes! Thank you JibJab;-)
