When I first joined many years ago, renewal was to be automatic but for some reason my membership was stopped and I had to rejoin. A lot of your videos are older and need revising.

When I had a financial situation with JibJab, it was resolved immediately to my satisfaction. This left me feeling that JibJab cares about their customers and their reputation.

I have been using JibJab for years now. It is such a UNIQUE expression of communicating and Fun.

My account was renewed without me realizing it.
But as soon as I reported it and told them that I did not know that it was going to be renewed they immediately returned my money no questions asked.

Excellent customer care. Fun and fabulous product. I've enjoyed making cards and videos. Its an easy process to create a video. They always have fresh new videos to use as a template for videos! Easy to share on Facebook.

Got very fast response and issues resolved with No Trouble. Very helpful. Great to do business with.

Just dont like automatic rejoin, i should have the option of wanting to rejoining again if i desire to

This site makes all holidays so much fun and they offer so many different options for all kinds of people.

Having paid for what I thought was to send a single ecard which there was no cost advertised I then found out I had become a full member for a year for about £15.
I have sent many cards from other similar sites and never had to do this.
Would like to now not be a member and receive a refund minus the cost of sending the card.

There needs to be a way to edit or go back without having to start over from scratch. It was very frustrating to get to the end ready to send and find some mistake yo made and not be able to just move the cursor to that spot and fix it and then send. If there is a way to do this the instructions could be better because I didn't find it or it's not available.

I was surprised that I had to renew. I have been a member for a few years, but somehow was dropped. Not certain what your policy says, but apparently customers are dropped periodically and must start anew.

Always a fun, easy experience. The examples are usually right on target for my purposes and friends and family love them.

I`ve been with Jibjab for at least two years now. I use it for all those that have birthdays and anniversaries. I also love your special days like St. Paddy Day, 4th of July, Easter, Christmas. My biggest problem is finding the right one to send.

Instead of sending cards via snail mail, I sent JibJab instead and post to my friends' and families Facebook pages. Way more fun to be interactive!

More or less all dance sequences are of same type. Should also introduce fighting sequences. You can also think of adding gay sequences.

I thought that i eill not have to pay morr things, I didn't like when i saw that i jave to pay to send or save a video

And songs! I send skits to friends for different occasions and JibJab is always a big hit!

It was alright would like to see more variety of artist and was a little bit shocked that I had to pay additional monies for the download... not cool.
But either than that very happy.

I am having a lot of fun doing them, and sharing with my friends. They are amazed when they recieve them in an email
