I paid to join JibJab for the sole purpose of sending cards to overseas family members on their birthdays. What a disappointment -- none of the cards I created and sent were received! I contacted PayPal, who immediately disabled the automatic yearly $18 withdrawal by JibJab. And I opened a PayPal dispute against them so that I can get my initial $18 back. I will NEVER do business with JibJab again and I will tell all my friends and family about my disappointing experience.
I didn't realise you needed to do the whole face - no clothes, hair etc. My next one will be better.
I was disappointed that I couldn't preview any video before being introduced to the subscribe screen. I won't be renewing. All the dances are basically the same, gets boring.
Very disappointed in what I actually paid for. I wish I could get a refund! The app gives the impression that there is so much more content for paying but there really isnt. Wish I had just kept using the free service.

Jib Jab was so easy to use. Jib Jab has many entertaining categories and within each a very wide range of selections. So much fun just to go through the lists and then once you complete your first Jib Jab, you will be hooked!
I purchased subscription via a Facebook link. I could not post the holiday card to FB in time for holiday. I also spent a lot of time preparing it. Not happy.
My card wasn't sent by you, I had to send it from my email.
Did it have something to do with the recipient having a gmail acct.?
The making is easy, the price is right. BUT sending multiple emails is near impossible, getting the download is ok, but what does it work with?
The viewing experience should be enjoyable. The number of emails you get telling you ab out your video is confusing!

I had some fun putting together a couple of videos. The downside for me was, to my dismay, JibJab automatically subscribing me for a recurring annual payment. I paid the annual fee then had to go back to PayPal and figure out how to cancel the recurring part. That put a damper on my experience.

Of course the more gnarly ones can be sent to that small sector of contacts, but the more traditional (fluffy) cards worked in this case!
Keep music video up to date. Add some country maybe. Enjoyed all the group dance. More duo and more than five people
I enjoyed the cards very much, however, I do not know how to include the "heads" and did not see any instructions. I do not do facebook. Overall, I enjoyed the experience.
What did the $18 I paid cover~? I cannot save anything, I cannot send anything, I cannot download anything, UNLESS I pay more~? I need a refund. I am almost 61 years old and thought this would be funny for me to make and send to my grandchildren, and instead I blew half a week's grocery money on nothing. Very upset with JibJab. This was like a bait and switch. But of course it is, I just didn't catch it until a few days later~!

No upfront indication of cost. Ecards advertised as free then learn about the ongoing subscription once card has been selected. Resulting in need to cancel recurring payment. Remain unsure about what i have actually paid for the product.
Answer: Unfortunately, now you can only edit your heads immediately after you upload them, which makes it a waste of time to save them because each head you upload will only work correctly for the video you uploaded it for. I was told they removed the 'edit any time' function so people could use their app on androids which sounds pretty absurd to me. Oh well, this will be the last year I ever pay for it again if they don't correct this outrage.
Answer: We've removed the fine-tuned shaping feature for now to make our casting process easier for all; we also made adjustments so that users can easily cast their cards directly on mobile devices.
