I had a small complaint and had it taken care of in less than 24 hrs. It wasn't made clear that I would be charged annually and jibjab took care of the problem PRONTO. Excellant!

In 2009 I had a different experience in that you could trace round the heads rather than fit them into a slot. Since everyone's face shape is different they looked better that way as this time you couldn't avoid getting part of the background around the neck area and I found this disappointing

I was recently billed for an annual subscription after having canceled. The support team resolved my issue within a few hours. Amazing

I am not happy with the process of paying $18 to make the video then another $2 to download and have that downloaded version of way lesser quality. Not happy with final product.

Couldn't seem to go back and review the "custom" cartoon after saving it. All I got was the template and I'm not sure what, if anything, was sent.

Having been a member for some time I was upset when I tried for several days to send a card. All I kept receiving was "Join now". Since I thought I was a member with an automatic renewal I could not understand. I sent a message as to what was happening and some excuse of "we can't renew". AT NO time did you ever try to contact me of this problem...

I enjoy sending these cards to some of my friends and family. I also post some of your cards for my Facebook friends. Holidays are particularly fun.

I tried to send a birthday card to my girlfriend. The site could not upload her pic to the card and after 4 attempts I ran out of time and had to resort to buying flowers... i feel it was money wasted,,,,, Paul Burke

Worked with customer support on canceling my auto-renew, they were super helpful, very responsive and refunded my $18 which was a nice surprise!

The instruction how to create your own video is not good. I thought, it is necessary to paid in advance and therefore I have repeatedly paid empty presentation. That's not good, when you paid nothing useful.

I sent in a request one day, and the next day it was taken care of.
Very professional and fast service!

Had to contact customer services and the response was quick, efficient, professional and satisfactory... and for this I am very thankful. It was also a fun site to look into. Would recommend having a look
