I am new to Jib Jab and saw some thing I needed help with... upset that in order to download my videos I have to pay additionally..

Don't appreciate the fact that, after paying for the membership, e-card shows as an advertisement when sent, with company's name, etc. I just wanted to send a card, not advertise jib jab!

We enjoy the entertaining nature of your product and the originality many of them demonstrate. As a paying member, I had hoped to see higher resolution, modern video formats for the download, and the ability to download these videos without a second charge.

Place faces into song and dance characters, easily select the jaw and the software animates. This is an easy to use interface and great fun. There are many songs to fit different occassions.
I would like to see more genres of music and more oriented at kids.

Fun The recipient of the card enjoyed it also! I went ahead and generated additional cards and sent themto other relatives!

Easy to use. If you make a mistake, easy to correct. That is my kind of app... And cheap too! It's a steal.

Jib Jabs are always entertaining! People enjoy the fun! The songs and characters are always great as well!

Upon paying a 18$ a year fee, I was then asked to pay and additional $2 to then download my video.

When paying the $2 I then had to wait two hours for the rendering to be complete.

Added so many faces and used in all situations. Jib jab is like emojis on drugs. Something for every occasion.

Tried to use it on Edge. It took my credit card immediately but wouldn't go past the adding of pictures to the write a comment part. After frustratingly trying it numerous times, I finally closed it in Edge, opened it in Chrome, and it worked fine. I spent about 50 minutes trying to make one eCard.

Your anniversary videos suck. C'mon guys, you can do better...

I joined JibJab a couple of years ago, and so enjoyed making videos. Loved, loved it.
I was laid off from my job, and am counting pennies. When I saw JibJab's annual fee come through last week, I asked them to refund it. And they did! I appreciate that I did not have to plea with them. I am very impressed, and am relieved that they have integrity.
Thank you, JibJab for valuing your customers! It is quite refreshing!

Website is slow and will never give any discounts Not happy with the videos they rarely change, and new ones come along about 2 times a year, not worth their high yearly rate

I made a video to be sent to my daughter on her birthday. Although I did receive a confirmation from jibjab that it was scheduled to be sent, the video never went out! When I learned that she did receive it, I recent it.

It was easy, fun, and much appreciated by the recipient. Thanks. I have nothing else to say and it's absurd to require "at least 100 characters"... that almost made me not bother with this.

I was automatically re-enrolled in JibJab and was no aware this would be done. My account was charged $18. I contacted JibJab and was immediately refunded this amount. This is excellent customer service. Thank You.

I love using Jibjab but found the content not as extensive as I would have liked (music videos cast yourself). The APP seems more flexible on head shape selection, but I would also like a combined package APP & website not one or the other.

1 star for the deception, I was completely shocked that you tookthe entire 18 bucks off upfront. Your ad shoes, diffrent. 18 bucks is not gonna kill me but itsthe point.the app itself if fine, but for 18 dollars it should have a few more categories. For example, movies or sports act.
