I love it. Wish I could edit the faces more but all and all I love it. I would add faced to the background people. I would add some of my favorite songs that my family grew up with.
No real problems, but did have trouble finding the FAQs and was worried when the preview email of the card came to me without the video. All was good in the end though.
No way to confirm receipt and the one I sent never arrived... And since it was a birthday greeting it doesn't mean much if it doesn't get delivered on time. And yes, I double-checked the address and and asked the recipient to check her spam folder - no card.
The site itself is pretty awesome. Easy to use. But I was very surprised they want extra money (after paying $18 for an annual fee) just to download the video. Really? $2.99 just to download. Email is included with the subscription. Better off using a screen capture method.

Having my son move to Los Angeles and for the first time in 33 years to not be with him for his birthday I wanted to send him something that the whole family could be part of and Jib Jab did that for me!

I was considering buying one video but I definitely did not want to buy a membership let alone allow automatic renewal but as soon as I open my PayPal account your site made the charge without my authorization.
The positive side is that they are apparently returning the money and canceling the unsolicited membership. I will not believe it until I see the charge reversed and I will probably avoid any future dealings with the JibJab.

Always a fun site for specialized cards. Feedback from recipients has always been "I love the card, how creative".
Loved JibJab while I was using it but noticed that I hadn't used it in some time so when I asked for a refund I really didn't expect it to come as quickly as it did! Many sites say they will refund when you ask but these people really do and with a "smile"! Go JibJab!
It was funny to do. It was hard to download on my phone to play after and show to my friends and family members. I hope it will be better for this next time.

I seriously paid $20 for one card. I thought the membership fee would cover the one card I really wanted to send. It was a perfect animation for what I needed, and was definitely the quickest option, but it came with a helluva lot of buyers remorse. Definitely not the most cost effective options
