Quick to join, easy to use and the end result was very entertaining..

Love everything about jibjab.
It's always been lots of fun.
I use it at work all the time.
People love seeing themselves in the videos.

My husband loved seeing my silly selfie on jibjab dancing girl. Lol. We put it on 65invh tv. Watched it over and over. Got him out of his bad crabby bad mood. Lol

Good webshop and GUI.
It is not very friendly to collect money for the download after paying for the membership.

I am satisfied with the overall experience, what I was UNhappy with was the inability to choose a renewal. Your site has auto renewal, I don't like that.

I used Jib Jab to make an animated card for my daughter's birthday- the result was delightful! This was my first use of Jib Jab, and I will be back.

First time I sent a video card. My son reived it. Note came up that he needed a flash drive which he has. He is a computer engineer. Didn't work. Such a cute video card but he didn't get it on his birthday

My payment was processed beautifully. My job bedroom never did. I asked for a refund and never got a definitive answer

Difficult to download photographs and position them correctly. Don't like the automatic subscription either. It's my and my only choice to reinlist and don't like auto membership in any business. I may just cancel

This was such an easy and fun way to send a birthday wish. There were so many options to chose from and it was an awesome experience. I will for sure be using JibJab for upcoming occasions... love it!

Pretty easy to use even for me who struggles with Facebook. Had already created a card, then to register and pay without loosing it. Great!

I emailed customer support for help with an issue and they responded super-fast and my issue was resolved quickly, in a friendly manner with no problems. I cannot recommend highly enough. Thank you!

I laughed when I made it. My husband laughed when he saw what I was doing, and my sister laughed when she got it and showed her family. And it was so easy! Good cheer!

It was easy to get photos to the web site and add the "head" for my video. I will be using again for my other birthday cards.

I was surprised when I read an email that said I had automatically paid for a year membership to JibJab. Since I seldom send out e-cards, I immediately requested a refund from JibJab and it came within minutes. I also said that I would much prefer to pay individually for e-cards, not be part of a subscription plan.

This is a great service! Can't beat it for the small membership charge. The response and the laughs you get by far cover the costs. The only thing I would hope for is being able to edit the loaded head shots without having to remove and re-upload the picture.

I think this is an easy to use and hilarious site. However for the 25$ that was taken from my account I would like to have much more selection in the songs. More current and classic songs.
