The only thing I would change is to add more options (more videos)
Actually I would rate this program four and a half stars

You have cute cards but your website is not very easy to navigate. I wish I could get a refund on my credit card but I guess it's too late for that.

I've been a JJ customer from the beginning. The experience and ease of use gets better all the time.

Pleased with the results of my video for st. Patricks day March 17th to send to relatives. Got lots of comments back, laughs, thank yous etc.

My family is so busy and all over the country.
This makes them stop; watch, take a breath and smile.

Tried posting 1 st Patrick's day video. Was unsuccessful and finally got the *******@posted after several attempts and now see $18.00 charge!

JibJab is great. My friends and I get a lot of laughs from this site. I love the different scenarios and how you can add different people to the scenes

I think JibJab is great, but there aren't enough choices of songs to pick from. I would have already done several more cards, but I don't want to keep doing the same one over and over.

My client could not play the video. Also please do not renew my subscription automatically. I sent it to her to open on Facebook. Can you please tell me what else wh needs to do?

Not able to get past the pages for downloading Flash player (did it 3 times) or for signing up for stock website which of course is another charge

Love this site! My family got such a kick out of receiving these. I'm glad I have the whole year to continue to "harass them with these hysterical creations.

I have requested this to be cancelled immediately. I did not understand the terms and the one I tried never worked.

I got JibJab on St. Patrick's Day. Spent $18, then tried to send cartoon to a phone and they wanted another $4. I spent $22 dollars for nothing. I want my money back...

I've been a member for YEARS and love putting friends, family and coworkers into the holiday themed videos.

Don't like the fact that they make you have an auto-renewal set up an automatic payment, that should be left up to the customer if he wants to renew his Membership with out forgetting or worrying about someone taking money out of there acct makes it seem scam

Wanted to add more than two pictures to my post. Just gave up and posted it anyway. Wish instructions were there to help me and I would have been much happier. Hope this is enough as I am not adding more and wasting my time.

It was great but I was unable to see it the next day. Otherwise I love jibjab, this is the 1st time ever doing so.

You need some new birthday greetings. I've used all the ones where I insert pictures that are presentable enough to send to family and friends. How about some more that are less raunchy and not hip hop or rap?
