I signed up to make St. Patrick's Day jibjab with my students. It was fun for that day, but to require a year of sign-up is kind of ridiculous.

You guys have not produced a year in review in over 2 years. This was my favorite thing on your site. Also, I don't see much if any new content since the last time I had an account. I will not be renewing again unless I see some new content this year.

1. The site encourages you to create a card. Then when you're ready to send it tells you you have to be a member. Then when you click to join, THE CARD YOU PAINSTAKINGLY PREPARED IS TOTALLY ERASED AND YOU HAVE TO START ALL OVER! That's rude beyond measure.
2. The membership fee is too high, and the auto-renew is heinous. You guys used to have a great site. Why have you ruined it?

Easy to complete ecards but they get stuck in SPAM filters and remain unopened - therefore need to send link under separate email.

Overall, love JibJab!

I've been using JibJab for a few years now and thoroughly enjoy the large selection of cards and what you're aboe to do with the site.

I made it (not knowing I had to PAY for a membership!) and looked at in once and then never got it! I couldn't find it on your site or on my phone anywhere - it just disappeared! So I cancelled my membership! WHat a huge disappointment all the way around!

Ok now I won't leave any reviews when I use this because you have made the review process annoying... it was great... PERIOD

Very difficult to start with not enough instructions. Trial and error resulted in some fun. Made two or three of them. Need to get and store more head shots of my friends.

I enjoy your videos starring my friends. Always fun to do and send. There is a good variety to choose from too.

I wanted to call and cancel my Jib Jab after having it 3 days. They gave
A phone number which I called and told me I had to go on line to cancel.
I am not a computer type person and rather talk to someone to handle my business. I am very dissapointed that I cannot talk to someone.

I sent a St. Patrick's Day card to someone I forgot to send a snail mail card. I did search for a St. Urho's Day card for March 16th but you didn't have one.

Everyone I sent it to loved it. Very easy to create, excellent experience. The choices were very good and hard to choose, the graphics are clear and the songs are funny. Great fun!
