I order a ring 1 month ago I still have not received it. Although they say it is complete. They make it impossible to track. When you chat to person on Internet she says be patient. But still no ring and no response from them, except their automated response. I am so disappointed. I hope the ring is worth the wait

I am so frustrated all I have to say that I am going to report them to the better business bureau. I called them to find out the status of my order because it was taking way to long. So when I called they said the order was still processing. So I told them to cancel the order. The representative said ok. The very next day I received an email saying to order was shipped out. I didn't want the ring anymore because of the wait time now I had to worry about shipping it back. 2 weeks later the ring is still not here. I finally get it and the ring is way to big. Although I wasn't going to keep the ring because of the wait time, I was just annoyed because it was not even the correct size. For their sake I better get my full refund.
This ring I received was not the right size OR the right color. And they like to argue when you say something about it. I can even wear it!
I bought a ring on the jeulia website (www.jeulia.co.za) about two weeks ago for R2000.
The website said that delivery is free via DHL.
I spent an entire week battling DHL to get my ring delivered to me. After which they tell me I have to pay R2600 for tax and delivery, an amount more the item I bought.
When I get Jeulia involved, the person helping me from south africa Rose, tells me i have to either buy a new ring for R1200 or they will refund me R300 (no were close to the R2000 i paid)
Pathetic service. Don't wait your money buying anything from their website.
I am in love with this ring! My mother ordered it for me and we are super impressed. I'd recommend him to anyone!
