This ring came at the end of December and given to me 12/31 and the Rhodium was flaking within a week. We were told to send it back for repair and did on 1/19 at our expense. It took 5 weeks to come back, returning 2/23. By 3/1 the rhodium had flaked off again. Today is 3/26 and due to back and forth with Customer Service (overseas so they only answer at night), communication took a long time for them to say they only refund for new items and will only continue to replace my ring. So essentially I can wear it for a week at a time, and then wait 6-8 weeks for a replacement.
Terrible misrepresentation and misleading. There is better quality items at Walmart for half the price.
